I spent a long time looking for faucets for my kids remodeled bathrooms. This was the only one I could find that fit the bill with one handle, modern (not victorian/traditional) design, and good price. I also like the reach on it. We've had it installed one week and so far it's perfect. Good water pressure, no complaints, looks great.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by JPN80 Sleek 1-handle design that covers 4" center-set holes, Easy installation, Differences in Seeds version and Purchased version
This faucet was quite easy to install; the added faucet mounting wrench was also a big plus because I didn't have one that size. In addition, the capability of either using this faucet for a single hole mount or a three hole mount (i.e. 4" center-set mount with escutcheon) makes this faucet quite versatile as well. I didn't have any problems covering the 4" center-set holes in the existing vanity top; having a matching escutcheon was also a plus as well.
The tubing is color coded on the ends - red for hot and blue for cold. I'm still not a fan of plastic tubing for the water line connections but I didn't feel it merited losing a whole star. I just made sure not to over tighten as I had done with another model from Delta. I'm also not sure if the tubing can be removed either to install other types of tubing.
I did notice differences in the Seeds version and the Purchased version. For the drain set-up, the former had a metal tail piece and the latter had a plastic tail piece; personally, I like the metal piece because those are easier to remove years later - the plastic ones get stuck and are harder to remove. I also feel the metal ones are sturdier than the plastic ones.
The second difference is also noticeable in the pop-up stopper; the Seeds version is much shorter, different color, and shape than the Purchased version. In either case, I didn't have much luck installing the pop-up piece as removable; so I just installed them as non-removable.

This faucet if very stylish & modern looking without being to contemporary looking. I have fairly conservative taste with normal everyday decor & this faucet fits perfectly with that look. The faucet couldn't be any easier to install. The instructions have a great diagram with parts & tools needed that explains installation. The faucet itself is connected the sink in a very simple fashion that is very simple with the included tool and hardware. The drain itself is very self explanatory & easy to install. If you are looking for a fresh look with a new faucet, I would definitely recommend this product.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Mark Modern Bathroom Faucet
This single hole and single handle bathroom faucet was a great upgrade to our bathroom. Not only did it provide us with a modern style, but great functionality. The single hole installation was simple and includes a plate if going to be installed in an existing 3 hole sink, of which was our case. Installation too about 30 minutes to complete with removal of the old faucet and installation of the new. Overall this faucet is built of quality materials and provides great control and water pressure.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by HappyGardener Very Nice Look!
What attracted me to the faucet was the modern minimalist look. And it does not disappoint along those lines. This faucet was a bit more challenging to install, even for an avid do it yourself person like myself because in my case the lines had to be cut to make them fit.
I did not have a problem with the water pressure or flow, though the aerator does not do a sufficient job therefore making it a bit more noisy than other faucets I have used.
The finish is excellent if one likes a shiny surface, which is exactly what I looked for for this bathroom.
Overall, I am happy with this faucet, it is a good mid level price faucet.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Rudy Nice design
This faucet has a very nice design that is unobtrusive and gives good access to the water flow. It is slim and offers easy and smooth operation of the handle. The installation was easy and I like that it comes with the drain, and a good length of hot and cold water hoses. I avoided cutting the hoses because they were stiff and you have to do a straight and clean cut. I just curl them up in a loop. I wished that they could have included a small tube of the silicone that they showed in the drawings - they tried to include everything for the installation, even a wrench and extra gaskets should you decide to cut the hoses.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by pmikejunot Nice, but...
The faucet body is high quality chrome finish heavy weight metal. The pop up has a nice metal stopper, and is mostly metal, but with a plastic tail piece. The plastic supply tubes are an improvement over Delta's soft copper supply tubes. But they should put braided hoses that are more flexible and easier to work with during installation. The pop up rod is kinda clunky, and doesn't operate that smoothly. It is an arced arm that hides behind the base of the spout, and it has an awkward feel. The most severe deficiency of this faucet is the operation of the lever (valve). It is somewhat stiff and not smooth at all. It didn't have that velvet, smooth feel that high end faucets have. In fact, it did a poor job of adjusting the balance between hot and cold. Delta could have a winner if they would re-think the pop up design and re-work the valve control. As is, this faucet is a high quality body and spout with sub par function.
