Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Deb Great product !!
I love it! It is very easy to use and the water pressure is excellent whether I'm using both the hand held and the stationary spray at the same time or separately. The brushed finish looks great and does not spot dry. I highly recommend this showerhead combo.

Although the faucet states it is stainless steel.... The inner works of this product is all plastic and breaks very easily.
To guarantee a leak proof system a little extra torque is required, due mainly because the inner rubber gaskets are small and seating is difficult...resulting in the breaking of the inner PLASTIC material. If you buy on-line you must contact the manufacturer for the replacement part also a BIG inconvenience. Still waiting for replacement part from Delta. Only solution was to buy a Peerless Dual shower head from Amizon came in two days easy to install and works perfectly a definite keeper.

Fairly easy to install and much better than our previous shower head that sprayed water all over the bathroom, but is this showered worth $70? Nope. I would pay $25 and be completely satisfied. It's a very cool concept with the handheld and stationary parts, but it is far from spectacular. You're really just paying for the "Delta" label. Find a groupon for a discounted shower head elsewhere, as I'm guessing overpriced shower heads might be a trend.

Great multiple shower patterns. Difficult to place hand held back in cradle. Feed hose to hand held is very stiff. Won't relax even after running very hot water thru it. Feed hose doesn't hang straight down. It comes out toward you and is constantly in the way.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Danielle Delta In2ition Model 75589
Very dissatisfied! Bought one two weekends ago, installed a few days later, not a difficult task, but after turning water on, and setting for both handheld and shower head, water came through both, but only a trickle through the handheld, within seconds the water stopped through the handheld completely and water spewed out of the hose about 4 inches from connection close to shower arm. Returned to Lowes, purchased another of the same model... the look and features were exactly what we are looking for and the store employee was sure it was just a faulty hose as she has the exact same model in her home and loves it. Installed the second immediately after getting home. Water from the shower head is good, has perfect pressure, but water only runs trough the hand held at one setting and that is only a trickle, any other setting gives nothing. I have removed the hose from the connection closest to the shower arm, the water pressure is very strong when not attached. When I remove the hose from the hand held connection, water runs through the hose fine, so it really appears to be an issue with the hand held. Is this a lost cost? Should I move to a different model?

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by MGW51 Model 58045 In2ition - very little water flow!
Just had Master bathroom remodeled with new shower and plumbing (Delta control Valve and cartridge). My lines are free of any debris and our water pressure at the shower arm is 70psi. The head was installed on 5/22/16 and was selected based on video's on Delta website. - also we have no tub spout, water goes only to the arm.
We have very poor water flow and force out of both the head and the handheld. Some of holes around the head just seem to sputter out and doesn't reach out very far. The handheld has a very erratic stream with very little force and the pause button doesn't work. You can push the button in and it will stop but it will never release unless you turn the water off and restart. Other observations - I have read in other reviews about a "purple" water saver or restrictor, but ours is "green" and there also isn't any o-ring that I can see. Is this the wrong restrictor that could be causing the problem? To say the least this is not what we were expecting from a Delta shower head. Is there something that can be done about this? - I also tried this head on our other 18 year old bathroom and had the same low force.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Tony84 nice features but not durable
The 58065-RB 4-setting 2-in-1 shower is installed in the master bedroom of the house we recently bought.
First the good. It is very nice to use the combined heads or switch to the hand-held sometimes. Also the 4 choices are helpful, especially the low flow / pause, so you don't have to turn off the water in between and then get a burst of cold water when you turn it back on. The Venetian bronze finish is pretty. The shower is basically so nice that our kids migrated to the master bath to shower. If it continued working, it would be a 5 stars rating.
Now the bad. A couple of months after moving in, the shower broke at the swivel ball joint where it attaches to the shower arm. Just sheared right off. To keep the shower usable, we were able to attach the hand-held part directly to the shower arm. Now it just hangs down, there is nowhere to "clip it in" so that you can get a shower without holding the head, something you don't want to have to do all the time. For breaking and leaving us in this position, a 1 star rating.
Average, 3 star rating.
We went to a big-box store and also to a local plumbing supply store looking for a replacement part. No luck. The local store helpfully suggested going to Delta website
Hope to hear from Delta, see how they stand behind their warranty, at least get us a replacement part.
