Customer Questions & Answers

Does Delta make a cover plate for this facet?

Asked by: Anonymous
Most probably not, and if they do it will not hold well, due to the narrow base construction The trick is to tighten very well both the faucet and the valve, as loose fitment leads to damage for the counter top ,or the sink, the holding screw and the base of the faucet. Use a solid plastic gasket and tighten well;

Can the single handle water control be placed on either left or right side of the faucet?, and can this be used with an escutcheon base?

Victorian Single-Handle Pull-Down Sprayer Kitchen Faucet with MagnaTite Docking in Venetian Bronze is rated 4.6 out of 5 by 20.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from The pull down spout/sprayer is chrome-painted plastic... I purchased this faucet in bronze a few years ago and the entire faucet and pull down spout/sprayer was metal. Recently I moved into a new house and purchased this faucet in Chrome. However, I was extremely disappointed the pull down spout/sprayer is made of a chrome-painted plastic that feels extremely cheap and not of high quality. I will return this faucet in chrome as I can't imagine the cheap plastic spout/sprayer being durable with my family. So very disappointed...

The pull-down spout head is exactly the way we like. Has the selection for stream or spray. It returns every time to the spout. During my research for a kitchen faucet I found much discussion as to a pull-down or pull-out. Generally, pull-out seems to be more for filling monster posts ... which will never happen at my house. Generally, pull-down is great for rinsing the sink. Even it will reach out of the sink to fill a shallow pan that needs soap-soaking. Besides, the pull-down is much smaller item so it is easier to manage. Some have asked if the spray or stream selection will revert to the previous selection. It does not. Selected to stream will stay on stream. Selected to spray will stay on spray. I got the brushed nickel finish. Only have had it for 9 months so I can't speak for the future of the finish or durability.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nothing Better Installed the faucet over eight months ago and we have liked it from day one. Install was simple with the extended supply lines built on the faucet. Day to day operation is even simpler. The feature we have found the most useful is the pull-down sprayer with the magnetic dock. The magnetic dock works fabulously and is really the only way to go on a pull-down faucet. Haven't had any issues with the faucet and don't expect to with the diamond seal technology built on. We couldn't have made a better choice for a kitchen faucet.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Center Stage Beauty! This Victorian faucet is beautiful in the dark venetian bronze color. The first thing everyone notices is the color, the sleekness of the goose neck and the pull down on/off handle. If your hands are messy, you can move the faucet and turn the water on with your wrist or arm. This beauty takes center stage in my kitchen.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A "Most Useful" Faucet! So says this months "This Old House" (next to a picture of this very faucet) and I heartily agree. The arched neck allows even my biggest pot to fit under it and I *love* the built in sprayer. The single handle water control is great too - very intuitive and easy to use.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful Faucet I love my new faucet. It works great and looks even better. I have a traditional kitchen and this style works great - not too modern but very updated. I am thrilled with the faucet sprayer. I have a large, deep sink and the sprayer cover the whole sink. I would recommend this Delta faucet to everyone.
