This is a very attractive elbow. It is well made and looks good once it is installed.

In order to connect the wall supply elbow to the plumbing inside the wall, you must obtain a part called a nipple of the correct length. It is available in various lengths in 1/2" increments from The Home Depot. It is critical that you obtain a nipple of the proper length. If it is too long, the elbow will not tighten flush against the wall. If the standard-length nipples are either too long or too short, you may have to get one custom made from a plumbing supply. When you tighten the elbow on the nipple, for leverage, be sure to use either a Phillips-head screwdriver with a hardened steel shaft or a hardened steel rod which will pass entirely through the hand shower threaded coupling and into the body of the elbow. If not, you may break off the coupling.

Looks good and does what it's supposed to do and for a lot less than Kohler.

I wish the gasket that comes for the unit was clear and not black.
