It came with everything for a normal installation, but my installation had an issue with the sink design that required that I buy a basin wrench (see my review by ruletrader). Check the space where the nuts need to be unscrewed for the old faucet, and if the space is very tight, the uninstall and install may be difficult and require a basin wrench. Other than a little silicone calk, and the basin wrench,

Hi, Has the apparent problem or design flaw with the set screws, for the 35706LF Delta Faucet (Store SKU 981-688), been corrected? Please read the several reviews about this Delta product, to see what I am referring to. It seems that the screws are not long enough, and they may also break easily. Thank you!

I haven't had any issues with the screws. I think some folks might have issues tightening the set screws using a traditional itty bitty allen wrench. I used a larger handle allen wrench and haven't had any issues with the handles coming off.

Thank you for your question. Delta Faucet model # 35706LF needs to have the base rings threaded down completely prior to mounting to the vanity. By doing this, it allows the set screw to fully engage the stem once it is installed. In the future, this faucet will have the handles already installed onto the valves, thus alleviating this issue.

The drain hookup is a mess and it still leaks. We are probably going to have to call a plumber for a job
my husband has always done in the past. Were it not for this the rating would be much better.
The hookups were not the same as shown on the back of the box and the hoses block the horizontal
lever stopper. We are very disappointed.

Product fit well and work better than expected. The only complaint I have is there is a rubber hose taste in the water from the cold water side.

I purchased a pair for our master bathroom. They were easy to install and look great. I would advise after installing the faucets, loosen the hex nut on each faucet to adjust and even out the open/close friction/tightness. It helped smooth each faucet handle's operation.

These faucets replaced 1980's era plastic faucet handles that were beginning to yellow, leak and looked extremely dated. They are an up to date look, were relatively easy to install for a beginner, and represent a drastic improvement in the looks of the sinks (we bought three).Would have liked the handles to be a bit firmer in their seating/feel but fully functional and no signs of loosening (installed one month ago).

Our bathroom is a little old but this faucet really dresses it up. The faucet itself was very easy to install. The lines to hook up the hot & cold handles to the faucet just snap together and use double "o" rings for better seal. You will need to make sure your supply lines fit a 1/2" thread. Includes new drain kit.
I used this to replace a single lever and the hole spacing is closer than the faucet was made for. I just ground the 2 end holes out a little untill everything fit.

The ease of turning the handles is spot on with the water flow. Unlike other bathroom faucets you can have as heavy or light of water stream as you want depending on how far you turn each handle. Relatively easy to install as well and very good looking.
