I installed this pump in March 2016. It stopped working in early June 2016. We didn't use it that much because we are still renovating our kitchen and barely cook. This is going back and I will put up a fight for it. Guess you get what you pay for. My mom has one in the $40 price range and it always works and she has had it for over 2 years.

I bought this for my newly renovated kitchen it looks very nice and it matched my faucet that's the best you get in June it completely stopped pumping I thought I had connected incorrectly until I saw in the reviews a customer complaining about the same thing. just a disappointment.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by MrGrizzly Escellent replacement in-counter soap dispenser!
This universal soap dispenser is actually much better quality than the expensive brand name one I had installed in my granite tops, and functions MUCH better! I later ordered a second dispenser as I have two installed and expect the other original to wear out any time.

Perfect match for my sink and faucet. Easy to install. Bought two, one for hand soap and one for dish soap. Hard to control the amount dispensed. Happy with the purchase.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by hershpersh You HAVE TO CLEAN IT!
I see a lot of complaints that these soap dispensers eventually stop pumping soap. I would have the same complaint, but I figured out that like most things with moving parts and fluids, you just have to give them a thorough cleaning when they give you trouble and they're good as new.
I use pure castille soap and even it causes some patina-colored build up in the pump. When this happens, I remove the pump (like you're going to refill the soap container from up top), remove the straw (clean that- usually just hot water does it), then pull the plastic pump mechanism from the metal pump housing. Pump the mechanism in hot water to help clear it. Stick a pin in the dispensing end of the the metal dispenser tip to remove build-up. Then soak the plastic pump and metal dispenser top in white vinegar for a few hours while you do something else. Rinse, re-assemble, install, and enjoy your "good-as-new" soap dispenser again.
A little elbow grease goes a long way. Rather than complaining something doesn't work and throwing it away to buy a new one, look in to WHY it stopped working. You'd be surprised at how many things you can clean/repair on your own and save yourself from buying a new one (that will just do the same thing if not up-kept). Cheers!

Easy to install, difficult to control the amount of soap dispensed.
Like others here I am concerned with cheap construction that unit may fail early in life

I looked all over the place for this product and finally found it on your website. It arrived in a very timely manner and it worked perfectly. And the satin nickel finish matched the rest of my sink appliances. Highly recommended

I bought 6 Soap Dispensers in Satin Nickel (#204312604) on May 27, 2014. In less than a year all 6 have failed to pump soap. Home Depot should stop selling this brand. It would be nice if Home Depot replace these failed Soap Dispensers.
