No these have the felt grip so no they won't work on a sander that takes glued discs. #lightningco

Answer:
The Hook and Loop disc will not work on the Model# 334 Porter Cable sander. You will need to purchase a 5” PSA sanding disc. If you would like to use a Hook and Loop sanding disc, you can purchase a replacement Hook and Loop backup pad and install it on your sander. The replacement pad for the Porter Cable sanders is Model# 13904, this will fit on your sander and allow it to use Hook and Loop disc.

Rated 4.5 out of 5 by 322 reviewers.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Works great This paper worked great , I have several sanders all with different vaccum hole patterns this work well with all of them. The paper lasts as expected with typical build up depending on what your sanding. Old paint seemed the worst build up , hard wood the paper just wore out after a decent amount of use. Opening the package was about the worst part of this product , although having a package that is able to be re-sealed is nice. September 24, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by El Diablo Rojo I've always been very pleased with Diablo cutting and sanding products and these discs are no different. I've downright abused these things working on a recent project. I kept thinking "I'll change discs soon" but just kept going and they kept working. The hook and loop attachment is really good and I experienced little to no clog issues with oak, pine, and even finishing urethane. Edges have frayed a bit, but I credit that to my misuse more than anything. Love these things. August 10, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by 5 in 220 gritt sanding disc by diaoblo sanding disc holes due not line up as easy as the gator pads you were selling which because of this the ridged sander seems to collect wood dust and don't allow the sander to collect dust properly causing build up of dust So if they had bigger holes like gator sand paper did it may be better. I guess that I will either have to buy another name brand sander or sand paper or both . This paper may save the company money for its cost {but it also could cost you customers} thank you for listening [ NOTE THIS THE SAME CONCERN ON ALL THE DIABLO SAND PAPER ] March 8, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by very high quality paper Diablo 220 grit hook and loop paper is a long lasting, self cleaning paper. The grit on this paper does not get clogged like many fine grit finishing papers do. I have been doing much cabinet wood work lately and lots of finishing sanding, and this stuff lasts even when doing lots of hardwoods like Oak or Maple. It simply does not get clogged unless you are trying to finish sand some really sappy or wet pine. If you are doing well dried or kilned woods, this stuff will last a real long time. I am not 100% sure if the holes help cleaning this paper, but during use, it simply wont clog, at least with the hardwoods I am working with. Good stuff!! January 19, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Universal hole sanding disc Works great. Fits my Rigid Random Orbital Sander with no problem. The holes line up well and do allow dust to be cleared very effectively so as to not build up between the paper and the wood. I really like the hook and loop attachment and it does the job, keeping the disc in place without slipping and still easy to remove for replacement. I haven't used these on a painted surface yet but sanding pine boards I'm not experiencing any issues with clogging. The 220 grit leaves a nice smooth surface with no discernible scratches left. So far they're lasting longer than expected. Heck of a deal for the money. I like the package too. A little difficult to open but makes storage easy to handle. January 5, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Long Lasting, but Poor Dust Collection These sanding discs leave a great finish and work pretty well with my Hitachi 5" 8-hole sander. Right out of the box, I slapped one on my sander and went to work finishing a 20" x 24" sheet of plywood. The edges of the plywood had a bit of Polyshades residue on them that had dripped down when I finished the top. I was expecting the discs to have a hard time with this, but they didn't gum up at all! The end result was a smooth, stain-ready surface. The hook and loop backing can handle being removed and applied several times without any adverse affects on its adhesion. The discs last a long time and really hold onto their grit too. They're also pretty reasonably priced for a name-brand product when bought in the bulk 50-pack. Diablo definitely hit it out of the park on durability and performance with these. However, I do have one complaint. The "universal" hole design doesn't seem to allow my sander to collect as much dust as with a standard 8-hole disc. I noticed a slight dust cloud building up while using them the first time, and decided to run a few back to back tests with another brand of 220 grit discs that have an 8-hole configuration. Sure enough, running a new disc of the other brand resulted in the sander collecting almost all of the resulting dust. So either the Diablo discs are so good that they remove stock that much faster (unlikely), or they don't allow the sander to get sufficient air flow through the holes. This makes sense, since the "universal" hole configuration has nearly 40% less hole area than the standard 8 hole configuration. So in conclusion, these are great sanding discs with the exception of dust collection. If Diablo came out with separate 5-hole and 8-hole discs, they'd get 5 stars from me. March 20, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great sand paper. This is a good sand paper disk. They do not tear easy and stick to loop. December 10, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Diablo sanding discs Resilient discs at a decent price. Grit doesn't seem to be quite as sharp as Bosch e.g. but work fine. Don't clog. 4 holes works OK for 8 hole machines - though 8 would obviously be preferable. Have used on hard and soft woods. December 23, 2015
