These work fine for sanding but the "universal" dust collecting holes don't line up well with my porter cable random orbit sander. Most dust escapes

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Wkendwarrior Chemical stripper vs Diablo 60 grit
I bought two gallons of stripper to help refinish my dinning room table and it worked fine but, after applying and scraping it off I realized that the mess and fumes weren't worth it. I ended up purchasing the Diablo 60,120, and 240 grit 5 inch Velcro sanding discs. The 60 grit took off multiple coats of clear and stain right to the wood. I wish I could find my receipt so I could return the unused gallon of stripper.

This product is above average, It does the job, but sometimes the pad will not stick as it should onto your sander, your talking about 1 out of 5 pads though. I have purchased pads from other places and found those will not stick at all, so, I came back to these every time.

These sanding disks fit my DeWalt random-orbital just right - the holes lined right up. The actual grit material is not specified except as "premium ceramic blend". That's probably aluminum oxide, the stuff that almost all regular sandpaper is made of, suitable for wood and materials other than glass and hard steel. It works well, and the velcro backing grabs onto any other velcro. The pad stuck to my little triangular palm sander, but the holes don't line up. But it works well by pulling it off and rotating it from time to time. How long it lasts depends on what you are sanding: pine - a long time, maple - not as long, steel - a couple of minutes, glass - a couple of seconds. I have always gotten good use out of Diablo sanding discs and belts. Diablo red is a sure sign of quality.

Not the first time I've used Diablo products. Sand disk lasted and did the job. Their reciprocating blades work well too. Good company.
