These are a perfect fit on my orbital sander, stayed in place, and last a long time. I have some old planks of red oak I'm sanding down, and they are very hard. I sanded them and sanded them for a long time and barely made a dent in one of these pads. I think my planks need to be planed, but these worked very well for getting the years of caked on dirt, and revealed some interesting defects in the wood. I wasn't able to sand out the saw marks from when they cut the tree into planks, but I was able to clean it up quite a bit. These also work really well for refinishing projects, like removing paint off wood, ect.

I have been using these sanding disc's now for while and I have to say I am really impressed with them. I used these on rough lumber and planed lumber with great results. I also used these disc's on squeeze out of glue and again with god results. They also seem t have a long life. They also have not not gummed up from glue or pitch Over all these are great sanding disc's. One other thing I liked about is the extra holes s they can be used on any make of sanders.

These are nice sanding discs. The four-pak size is convenient for smaller jobs. The hook-
lock backing holds securely to my Bosch sander, with no fly-offs. The abrasive seems long
lasting and uniform, with no coarser grains causing scratching. Also saw no signs of the
discs loading up with residue. I've used other brands where a wire brush is needed to clean
the discs, and each disc only lasts for about 4 cleanings.
I've got mixed feelings about the hole pattern in these discs. With my 8 hole sander, only
half of the 8 holes are fully open. The pattern only allows full flow through 4 of the
holes. However, this hasn't caused any problems that I've noticed. I haven't tried them
with a 5 hole sander.

We bought this paper to sand some edges on cabinets and it did that.
I don't recommend using it in a sand box.
I don't recommend using it to do soft shoe tap.

After ordering these it took 2 weeks for me to get them, which is fine. I tried one in my DeWalt Orbital hand sander. Used it on Red Oak and boy did it take out the high spots and rough spots quickly. These are universal hole pattern and it matched my sander perfectly. The hook and lock on the back side holds to the sander nicely. What can you say when what you purchase works as expected.

Good sanding discs, do the job, but don't last long. They all gone after one relatively small, 2 hour wood sanding project.

These sanding disks fit my DeWalt random-orbital just right - the holes lined right up. The actual grit material is not specified except as "premium ceramic blend". That's probably aluminum oxide, the stuff that almost all regular sandpaper is made of, suitable for wood and materials other than glass and hard steel. It works well, and the velcro backing grabs onto any other velcro. The pad stuck to my little triangular palm sander, but the holes don't line up. But it works well by pulling it off and rotating it from time to time. How long it lasts depends on what you are sanding: pine - a long time, maple - not as long, steel - a couple of minutes, glass - a couple of seconds. I have always gotten good use out of Diablo sanding discs and belts. Diablo red is a sure sign of quality.
