Got this blade and a cheap Riobi chop saw that HD had on sale for $75 and went to town on it. It worked great! It makes a very clean cut (you'll still want a file to deburr though). The blade appears to have held up well, too. I suggest a light touch to keep from developing too much heat. This does throw metal shards, some of which will be hot. These will embed themselves in paint and plastic, and just generally go *everywhere*. So don't use this on a chop saw you care about. And be prepared to contain the debris. That said, this is much cleaner than abrasive blades. All in all, I'm pleased with the purchase.

I used the blade to cut down the length of 3) 18 gauge commercial hollow metal doors (using a guide for a straight cut) and it performed well. It is still sharp and ready for more. At the place of the cut, there were 4 layers of 18 gauge steel. This blade is so much better than the abrasive blades I used previously.

I first used this saw blade with a little hesidency but after several cuts, it only got easier. It still is a sharp as when I made the first cut. But, you have to be careful, this blade throws metal slivers like a regular blade throws wood shavings in wood. This is the blade for the price for cutting metal siding.

It doesn't cut stainless as well as the diamond tipped grinder-style blade. I would buy again, as it lasts very well, but when I have to cut stainless, I will use the diamond tipped

Introduced this product who was at first skeptical about using it and wanted to use a portable band saw instead. Once I demonstrated it's abilities the questioning was over and he became a new user of this product.
