This blade makes smoother and cleaner cuts than the stock blade on the Makita 5008. I have used other Diablo blades on my miter was as well and the quality and smoothness of cut is outstanding.

I needed an all around saw blade. The Diablo was most affordable and turned out to be a great cutting blade.

I used it when replacing the siding on 16x24 garage. It cut smoothly and effortlessly from beginning to end. Crosscut and ripped 2x's, 5/8" plywood siding and trim. It fit my 8" hand held saw with no problems.

This will be the only brand of blades you ever buy after trying them. By far the best blades out there.

Freud Diablo saw blades have been my choice for years. I am not a professional carpenter, just a DIY'er and these blades take years to wear out.
I use this particular blade on a 12-inch sliding compound miter saw and the beauty of this blade is its versatility. Smooth, precise cuts can be achieved while alternating between delicate molding and large pressure-treated 4 X 6. This eliminates having to change blades with every different stick of lumber that comes along. Great blades cut straight, cuts clean and last for a long time.

Works well on my Black and Decker saw for quick jobs. Cuts better than the orginial blade that the saw came with. Good value compared to most of the blades I looked at as a replacement
