Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by bhewitt2 Quite surprising how bright and how far the beam is cast!
I'm very impressed with the quality and ruggedness of the Dorcy Cyber High Flux LED Rechargeable Spotlight. I purchased two, and charged them overnight. They are quite bright, and are still holding the battery charge quite nicely. The beam is intense, reaching a great distance with effective illumination-much farther than a bright flashlight. I highly recommend the Dorcy!

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by BriBri This is one bright spotlight
This spotlight has gotten plenty of use; anywhere there is a lack of adequate lighting, I have brought this out and it lights up the area so I can see what I am doing.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by TWPS Live's up to product description!
The center of the beam is powerful and really does go a long way. It also has a nice wide secondary beam. The weight is reasonable and it is very comfortable to hold. I like the feel of it and it also holds it charge well. Definitely good value!

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Paul Great but not perfect
The light works well, good intensity and long battery life but the trigger lock is not well designed. Th trigger lock is supposed to allow you to turn on the light and it will stay on even if you remove your finger from the trigger. It does this but it can also lock out the trigger so that you can not turn on the light and it is easy to lock the light off on accident if you are right handed. I think they should have made it spring loaded so you can unlock with a trigger pull and it takes more effort to lock. Overall a very good product, it could just use a little refinement.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Jonny Bright, steady, charges fast
This is my first LED super flashlight. I have had other super flashlights of the standard type that all wore out fast and the rechargeable batteries became useless. This one has lasted me several months of occasional use. The battery charges very fast. I am not sure if it is the brightest, however... Overall I would say this is the best flash light I have owned. I got it for thanks giving so the price was also very good.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by WildfirePSU Spotlight works well, I use it often.
I use the spotlight more as a worklight. I've used it in the attic for several hours doing wiring and insulation. I've used it to go into the woods forging for wood for a campfire. I've used it to put on my winter tires after the kids were in bed and it was obviously dark out. The light has lasted me easily 2+ hours on a charge, but in owning it for 3 months, I have only had to charge it twice. I like it, I can lock the light on or off (for me a safety feature with the kids around). It also lights about 1/4 acre at a time of my backyard - I can easily see a tennis ball in the yard 80-100 feet away in the grass with this light.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Gater Battery Does Not Hold Charge Long
While others may have positive results with this device, I have discovered that even after a disconnecting it from its charger it does not hold a charge very long.
I get about 30 to 45 minutes of use on high. There is no need for me to use it otherwise. Further, once it is disconnected it will not hold a charge for any length of time.
It is possible that I received a bad battery. But at this time I cannot recommend this device. I have too many other flashlights that are better for a lesser price and a much higher lumen.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Jeff2 Not 2.5 hours but more like 30 minutes of light
I've owned it for about 2 months and the battery now lasts less than 30 minutes on a full charge. The product description claims that on average it lasts 2.5 hours. I have followed the product instruction where it states that the battery should be charged after every use and to unplug it after it's charged. Since there are other reviewers that have encountered the same issue, not to mention the fact that the battery is EXCLUDED from the one year warranty (I mean not even like 30 days?), you buy it at your own risk.
Also the ergonomics on this device is horrible. Who makes a square handle? It's extremely uncomfortable to grip and grip you must as it is top heavy. The on/off switch and the lock button is not well designed where it is easy to accidentally turn it off. Don't even get me started on the claim that it can stand...just look at how tiny the base is. You must have an extremely flat surface for it to stand on its own.
