Answer:
I would doubt it. The instructions don't say anything about toilet use, but it's apparently for use in drains only.

Answer:
Yes, I just did one tonight. Just pour in and put plunger in throat of bowl to keep the pressure of the foan in the pipes between the trap and the air vent. By then the clog should be free in the larger pipes.

Answer:
In general Drano is not recommended for toilets. Drano breaks down hair and gunk which is not likely to clog a toilet unless it is a lot of hair flushed at once. Plungers and pipe snakes are the better option.

My kitchen sink has been backed up and I have pumped some out but there is a good amount still in. Will I be able to pour it into the sink and it cuts through the water and fix the problem?

Answer:
NO, the product packaging indicates not to use when clogs result in standing water. You should use a gel product instead.

Answer:
Yes, but after application you want to close off the drain from the water in the sink with a rag, stopper, or other object to prevent back flow into the sink. You also want to close off the air passage from the top of the sink to the drain. This creates the most pressure on the clog.

Answer:
AC drain pipe if it's pvc or vinyl, but not metal. Don't use in any part of the actual AC itself as you may not be able to remove it and it could react with copper, aluminum, or lubricants in the gas lines or compressor.

Sure, however you will likely see better results by using products specifically for that application, i.e. Main Line Cleaner.

I don't think it would not be as effective because it relies on being in a closed system to build up pressure to loosen up and force out clogs.

Answer:
Hi Smittygman,
While this product is safe to use in your main line, it is not designed to open clogs in the main caused by tree roots and other heavy debris.
Check with your local sanitation department for any local regulations regarding the use of this product.

CUSTOMER REVIEWS

Rated 4.6 out of 5 by 23 reviewers.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent! Easy to use, and Drano is a well known brand to use. May 10, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Worked EXACTLY as advertised I bought this because I wanted the foaming action to clean out the entire drain from the sink down and through the trap, and not just the trap itself as would have been the case with crystal or liquid drain cleaners. With the stopper removed I poured a bottle into a bathroom sink as directed. It foamed immediately, and the foam came out of the drain about an inch deep in the sink. I left it for 1-1/2 hours (the instructions say to leave it for 1 hour) and then ran hot water down the drain to rinse it out -- and to rinse the sink where the foam had initially accumulated. The sink runs freely. Easy to use -- just be careful. Does the job. March 7, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Did Not Help I chose this one at the store because printed on the front of the bottle was "Guaranteed or your money back" so I felt it was a safe choice. Unfortunately, this did not help my kitchen drain at all, and to make matters worse, the money back guarantee that you must go online to see expired last year. Disappointing. April 13, 2016
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not for hair Instructions were followed exactly: pour down tub drain, wait an hour and rinse with warm water. While the drain and pipe surface looked cleaner, the globs of hair remained. I used one of the barbed, plastic tools and removed three large globs of my wife's hair, creating a free flow once again. I would have used a hair clog or gel product, but they indicate to only use if the flow is completely obstructed, ours was simply restricted. I am glad this product worked for others, but it did not rectify our problem. October 30, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Reliable This product is perfect for unclogging the bathroom sink drain. Just follow the directions on the bottle, and your drain will be flowing again in no time, no snake required!. I have very long hair and tend to clog a drain about twice a year. I always have this on hand to keep things running smoothly. June 30, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Just Awesome ! I have tried many products for this slow drain in my laundry room. Every time we wash clothes the floor ends up full of water. I have even had a plumber snake the drain with no improvement. I decided to try this stuff since all the reviews were very high and I read reports on other websites that recommended a foaming pipe cleaner. I just opened the bottle and poured it down the floor drain. Let it sit for one hour and followed with about two gallons of hot water. There have been several loads of clothes washed and the floor is dry. It works. January 6, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Better than Liquid Plummer! I had a slow moving drain in my master bathroom. I tried Liquid Plummer for slow moving drains and nothing happened! I tried Liquid Draino dual force foam and 2 bottles later (I didn't wait long enough before flushing with hot water with the 1st bottle!) I have a free flowing drain again! Had I followed the instructions I'm sure 1 bottle would have been enough. And even though I had to use 2 bottles they both worked better than the Liquid Plummer did hands down! January 9, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Even removes solid objects! I'm an apartment complex maintenance manager. A resident who is mentally deficient allowed children to put food, hair, toys, coins and plastic parts in the bath tub drain. I used a tube scanner to see the debris in the trap and knew it would cost $1500 to remove cabinets, tub, concrete, etc. to get at the trap. One treatment with this product lifted the coins and other things up and flushed them into the main 4" line to the street. I was amazed and will always use this product again. December 22, 2014
