The kit was pretty easy to assemble, make sure you have the right tools for the right job it make for a simple install. This is not my first rodeo I've installed this manufacture's doors quite often, its part of my selling design. I like the sleek design and the frame-less look for easy cleaning. My customers like it for it's slim line design and the new style look.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by GrahameG Quality product but be patient when putting it together.
Between two experienced craftsmen who have experience of putting together such items, it took us 4 hours to complete. The most difficult part is getting clean cuts if you need to reduce the width of the frame. A hacksaw won't do it. You need a powerful saw capable of cutting metal.
The instructions are OK but could be improved upon. Make sure you have plenty of space in which to work, a cramped area will hamper how easy the job is to do. Be prepared for a cut finger or two. The cut edges can be very sharp.
Otherwise the quality is good and is product is recommended.

Very happy with these shower doors, only wish we had installed them years ago.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by raeliak Really nice doors
Very happy with the purchase. I had a contractor install them and he mentioned that these are not installed like standard sliding doors, and the differences are compounded by confusing instructions. The frame needs to be assembled first before installing, but once done they're really nice - and especially for the price.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by oldbutwise Good Value, but read the instructions
We got this as part of a shower remodel, and it was installed by our contractor. They had never heard of Duet, let alone installed one. Initially they said the glide racks were too short, until we had them look at the directions to see they fit INSIDE the side frame, so need that allowance. This is NOT a project for the "I don't need to read directions" kind of person, as there are several ways you can mess it up. If you hire a contractor who has never done this brand, you should read the install instructions yourself before they arrive(available online) so you can be ready for their complaints. In addition to the "glides are too short", the biggest difference is the frame goes together BEFORE it is fit into the shower opening. Done according to the instructions and with proper equipment, it's really not that difficult.
The slightly thicker glass and sturdy glide supports give it a high-grade feel with smooth operation, and the mini frame looks great. The two towel racks, inside and out, are quite handy. Our only complaint so far is the spacing between the doors to allow them to slide past each other does allow some water to splash out onto the floor. Make sure you install/keep the inside door closest to the shower head, or that could be a big problem. Overall we are happy with the purchase, and feel it's good value for the money.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by SCOTT The Glass on the corners are chipped. I hired a professional to install, it took him 8 hours to install.
POOR PRODUCT. THE PLASTIC SLOTS FOR THE GLASS DOORS DON'T EVEN FIT RIGHT. THE GLASS DOORS ARE ARLEADY CHIPPED ON THE CORNERS FROM THE PLASTIC GUIDES. SMALL GLASS TO CLEAN UP. VERY POOR QUALITY FOR PAYING $527 PLUS ANOTHER $600 IN LABOR. THE PROFFESIONAL CARPENTER SAID HE HAS EVER INSTALLED A SHOWER DOOR SO DIFFICULT TO INSTALL.

Good quality and very attractive. With better organization of directions it would be much easier and quicker to install. Difficult DYI project.
