Thank you for your question, but we are not sure what measurement you are requesting. The Infinity-Z will install in to a space with a maximum width of 60". The bottom guide rail, upper guide rail and wall profiles all have a front reveal of 1-3/4" wide. Hope this helps. Do the trolley wheels have ball bearings (NOT just nylon against a metal spindle)? It appears there are 4 wheel sets in total - two at the top, and two at the bottom - essentially in the corners of the movable panel. Is that correct?

The rollers do, indeed, have ball bearings. It is definitely not just a nylon roller on a spindle. The Infinity-Z shower door has 2 upper rollers and 2 lower rollers. Can this door be installed on a 53 in wide opening?

The specifications state it fits a 56 in to 60 in opening but our opening is 53 in wide. It looks like the doors will have a bit more of an overhang when shut, and the opening will be smaller when the sliding door is open, but are there other considerations that need to be taken into account?

Answer:
You are correct that you will have more of an overlap and a smaller walk through opening if you choose to adjust the Infinity-Z tub door down to 53". The walk through opening will be appx. 18", which can be very tight for some people. If you have any other questions, please contact the DreamLine Customer Support Team at 866-731-2244 or via email at support@dreamline.com. We are available 8am-7pmEST, Read More

Infinity-Z 56 in. to 60 in. x 58 in. Framed Sliding Tub Door in Brushed Nickel is rated 4.6 out of 5 by 5.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from great door! Not that hard to install. I had to cut some for it to fit, but i used a $7 metal blade on the chop saw and it left a nice smooth, straight cut. Follow the instructions and you will have no issue. If the sliding door feels "flimsy" just simply tighten the top wheels for a snug fit.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love my door.. Needs to be professionally installed. Like of cutting needed. So far I love them. They look beautiful and no leaks.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Pros and Cons Pros - sleek, modern look, love the brushed nickel and glass, looks great. Cons - design flaw because the panel near the shower head is fixed, the only way to turn on the water is to lean in from the far side and get drenched. The glass is thin and when you open and shut the door it feels flimsy like it will soon break. The bar handle is shorter than a typical towel or bathmat. The instructions are terrible and missing steps.
