this cut off wheel did as it should cut right through galvanized roofing tin. myself being the impatient type put three sheets together and was cutting through those at that point the wheel deteriorated pretty rapidly but that is to be expected. if you take your time cut one sheet as you should this thing works wonderful. With that being said as a side note it did cut through 3 with no problem

I've utilized the sawmax's metal cut-off wheel to cut down my workload on site trips by easily 3 hours. It is able to chew through 10 ga sheet steel like it was butter. I'd recommend ear and eye protection as it makes a ton of noise, and long sleeves as it will cake you in debris. Its counter-intuitive in that you need to keep the feed rate low when working with tougher metals, but there is absolutely no arguing with the results.

I bought this a couple of weeks ago for various projects around the house. Went to cut an aluminum strip and the tool failed big time.

I got this to see if I could cut a tire in half. It did cut through but metal in the tire ground the wheel down. Im glad 3 came in the pack. I just don't recommend using it for that purpose.

purchased this product in the store, 3 in the pack, used it in cutting 1/2" all-thread. It was like cutting butter with knife, In my opinion (non expert), wheel did wear out faster then thought it should. I would recommend this product to other and will use it again for sure.

These are original equipment and work well. Packaging protects the blade and the price was comparable to buying them on the internet.
