Customer Questions & Answers

Will the Dremel Circle/Straight Edge Guide fit my Dremel Saw-Max

Can I pick it up at a .Home Depot local store|
Asked by: Anonymous
The Dremel Straight Edge Guide I received when I ordered this (May 2016) IS compatible with the Dremel Saw Max. It seems the photo and model number listed here are old. They show the TR800, which is metal and not compatible with the Saw Max. Yet, I received the plastic TRSM800 which is, and based on the reviews describing a plastic T-Square it seems that others are receiving the same thing.

will dremel circle/straight edge guide fit any model?

Asked by: george
The TR800 circle/straight edge guide is only for use with the 6800 Trio and is not compatible with any other Dremel model.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Does not fit in my Ultra Saw Bought this for my ultra saw but it doesn't fit. I guess it's the Ultra Saw's slot that needs to be grind or file. If you look at the first picture, the middle part is a bit high and it's preventing the metal from sliding in.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Doesn't fit Ultra Saw It doesn't fit into my Ultra Saw. I really wish I had bought the Saw Max instead.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to hold with one hand! I bought this several days ago to help in installing laminate flooring and trim some of the molding. The Saw-Max worked great for this application. As a modeler of train layouts I can see a lot of uses for layouts such as quick cuts on metal and tracks.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Guide Flimsy plastic, Allen nut with metal insert to hold guide falls out during adjustment. No way to hold true edge front or back, one moves. Won't stay tight in place.
