Answer:
These grinding discs attach to the EZ-Lock mandrel only. Push down on the shaft head, place the disc on aligning the groove, rotate the disc 90 degrees, and release the spring loaded shaft head.

Rated 4.2 out of 5 by 18 reviewers.
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Get's the job done The ez lock took a second to figure out but after that it is a breeze . The cut off wheel works great . March 10, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Mandrel is not very durable. I used the EZ Lock diamond wheel with the mandrel from this kit to attempt to cut a 6" diameter hole in 3/8" porcelain tile. I had water running on the cut as it was occurring to lubricate and cool. The shoulders on the Mandrel chipped off after cutting half the hole. When the shoulders are chipped off, the wheels that is installed will fly off off the mandrel when ever and lateral torque is applied. February 23, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Dremel cut of wheel I was very pleased to see that dremel followed the rylok method of attaching a larger cut of wheel. It made my latest task so much faster not having to change wheels so often and how strong they are is great. B shaffley February 23, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by fast change I decided to finally switch over to the EZ Lock system. I just ran out of the older cutting wheels. I put these in the Dremel, and away I went! I'm probably a little more aggressive when it come to cutting. With the old style cutting wheels, I would have gone through about 10-15 of them for the job I just finished. These cutting wheels, I'm on my third one and the job is done! It was 50 cuts through stainless steel in 90 minutes each 6" long. That includes fitting each piece. There were a couple of pieces that were just too big by the width of the wheel. I went through the stainless steel taking off just the width of the cutting wheel. These cutting wheels last longer, cut faster, and are easier to change. October 31, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Beats the alternative I've been considering EZLock for a while now. Never could justify it before, but I needed some thick cutoff wheels with quick change and decided to take the plunge. Works alright, but I think I will stick with the 'old' style when I can. Much cheaper! December 8, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Positive locking system for these cut-off wheels works well, best when mounted on the moto-tool. Cut-off wheels are a powerful accessory, often the only alternative for some jobs. The locking mandrel is positive and reliable. It is most readily used when the mandrel is mounted in the collet. The cut off disks will wear down rapidly in some applications, so having a cartridge loaded with disks is useful. September 8, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Better than expected Believe it or not I used these to cut out the area under the hood scoop on a Mustang. It was my beater so I figured " What the heck." Cut nice straight lines through 18 gauge steel , which surprised me. It took me 10 wheels to get the job done and I could use the flat part for sanding. Only downfall is they could have been more durable. August 5, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Did a great job The drill bit snapped on really easily and worked exactly as described. June 2, 2015
