High Speed Cutter is rated 4.7 out of 5 by 3.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from My go-to bit After years of collecting bits for many different materials, I find this bit, and the 7/32 my most used favorites. They seem to be the least stocked by the big box stores.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect Cutter for Cleaning Up 3D Printed Parts I had a pile of parts made on a 3D printer that needed rework to remove staircase artifacts and dimension adjustments to make them fit together. Some of the carving is into square corners. After trying several tools, the one that worked best was a predecessor of the 115 cutter that I found in my father's Dremel tool set, more than 60 years old. After wearing out that cutter, I needed a replacent and found the 115, which is same style and slightly larger than the old one. Mounted in a brand new 4000 handpiece, its performance is outstanding, shaving and shaping ABS plastic like butter.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great on thin aluminum I've used this bit (Dremel 115 HS Cutter) frequently when I needed to enlarge a hole or make an unusual shape hole in aluminum. It works well, it reasonably controllable when working free hand and unlike most Dremel attachment, it lasts for more than 15 minutes without breaking or wearing out.
