Answer:
Hi Elewis, this grout removal blade is for the Dremel multi max oscillating tool. Dremel multi max is not a rotary tool. You would need an oscillating tool to be able to use this type of blade. Many brands of oscillating tools on the market today come with a universal adapter. This allows you to use many different manufactures accessories.

Answer:
It is entirely possible. Compare the mounting head on your tool to the pattern in the blade. Many such accessories are interchangeable. I know from personal experience that this blade is well-made and has held up well. I bought two, and have not even opened the package on the second one yet.

I am going through the Dremel carbide blades pretty quickly. I haven't been able to find a diamond grit blade that is compatible with the Dremel MM45. Has anyone tried using this on plaster?

I have not used this blade on plaster, but, I have used this blade extensively. I can tell you that it most certainly will cut plaster with gusto. I have not used this blade on plaster, but, I have used this blade extensively. I can tell you that it most certainly will cut plaster with gusto. My thought would be that you'll need to stop occasionally, and either knock out or wash off the plaster dust as it builds up on the blade. Plaster dust would tend to gum up and reduce the cutting ability of the blade. Otherwise, it would work like a charm. Another alternative I would suggest, would be a steel blade designed for cutting wood. It would make a neater cut, and be less prone to dust build-up on the blade, and they plunge-cut beautifully. You didn't mention what application you need to cut plaster on, but yet another possible solution would be one of the spiral saws they make. It uses a drill-bit shaped blade, and can zip through drywall quickly and very controllable. Read Less

Rated 4.5 out of 5 by 13 reviewers.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by This attachment tool does a fine job of grout removal. The grout removal blade was a correct fit the Multifunction power tool from Harbor freight. As expected, the blade function perfectly well for grout removal. June 15, 2016
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointed with performance While this product does the job, it does not last very long. I would estimate that I get about 10 linear feet of use before it starts to dull. What happens is that the edge of the blade loses its abrasive material very fast and stops cutting into the grout so the sides can be effective. In fact I just notice on a new blade that I had installed that I had managed to even flatten the curve of the product after only about 30 minutes of use. I am removing the grout from a bathroom floor and will probably go through 5-6 blades before finishing. I would think that this product could be improved. I have also used the 1/16 carbine blade and get mixed results from it as well. August 31, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Grout Removal Just Got Much Easier! We had some grout that wasn't mixed right, and needs to be removed and replaced. Its the hard polymer-mixed grout, so removing it by hand with a hand tool is a real pain. I ordered a couple of these Dremel blades, and figured it was worth a shot. Oh boy, what a great purchase! They fit on my Dremel oscillating tool, as well as my Rigid JobMax tool. These blades tear into that hard grout like it is loose dirt! My 3-year old granddaughter was so fascinated by it, now she's begging me to let her do it. It really is that easy. I highly recommend these blades to anyone needing to remove grout! June 2, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent product. It removed all of grout in my bathroom very effectively. The only problem was I had to be careful to keep in on the grout. It slipped a few times and caused minor scratches on the tile. August 18, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great removal blade for grout Purchased this to use with my new multi max. I have never used one before and I was amazed at how easily it removed grout without seeming to move. Very cool January 13, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Max Grout removal blade If you have to change out broken tiles this blade is a much. December 30, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent tool Made removing grout from my tile floor effortless....The blade last and last and last July 30, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good tool for grout removal. This blade works well to remove grout. The blade lasts a decent amount of time, maybe 250 sq ft before I noticed it getting dull. I will continue to use it and get more as necessary. May 27, 2014
