I purchased this sink in September of 2012 and had it professionally installed. Last month, my niece poured the water from the pasta she boiled into the sink which then cracked. I have been trying to find a Pegasus contact to find out how to repair this sink without having to tear out my quartz countertops and replacing the sink with a new one. The company has no contact numbers and even Home Depot couldn't find a contact number or email address for me.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointed I wouldn't recommend this sink
I fell in love with this sink when I first saw it. It went perfectly with my new granite counter tops. That was 6 years ago. Sadly, this sink does not wear well. I will say I love the large basin on the left and I've had no structural type of problems with it. In spite of maintaining the sink per manufacturers instructions, the bottom of the sink is discolored, but it is rough in areas when water naturally accumulates. I've tried everything possible to try to 'polish' it up. I've even lightly sanded the rougher areas and resealed it which helped, but not for long. Due to the unique shape of the sink, I am stuck with it since I had my counter tops cut to match it. Very disappointed.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Jayargh Perfect. Just what we were looking for.
We were very pleased with the help from Home Depot employees as this was a special order and they had it delivered to our home in just a few days. The color was a perfect match for our granite countertops. It was replacing our current sink and I decided to install the sink and faucet myself. Everything went as planned however someone should have warned me that an old fat guy does not fit in the undersink cabinet.

We have had our undermounted sink for over a year now and truly enjoy the oversized side for washing those large pots and pans. We have not had any problems with surface stains, as some have noted in their comments. I would recommend this sink to anyone with a busy kitchen!

I want to thank a previous poster who gave the tip to use baby oil after cleaning the sink. We live in an area with very hard water and calcium build up is common, and especially visible on black, and VERY visible on this sink. Recently I tried rubbing it down with baby oil and even after a couple days it still looks pristine. Use the baby oil. I attached two pics, one side that has no baby oil, and the other wiped down with the oil. Amazing. Don't let the "hard to clean" reviews sway you.

We called the manufacturer when every sink in the store had what appeared to be permanent drip marks. Like some of the above, we've already cut the countertop to match the profile, so we're stuck; also we wanted the setback left sink. The manufacturer's solution, which was a big help: is to wash the sink with dish soap and water. let it dry completely. They wipe it down with WOOD pledge; don't use the "made for granite" version. We don't know how long it will last because we're still trying to figure out how to reinstall it under the granite cabinet top.

This product is nasty. It stains, and looks 10 years old the day after you install it.

Sink arrived on time and in good shape. Down side , missing attachment connectors. Had all for stainless sink, but only 1 for composite sink. Wasn't that big of a deal, as this was a flush mount installation. Siliconed and grouted the sink in. Working great so far !
