Answer:
It seems to be OK indoors, with ventilation. However, an ice fishing tent may be too small an area for the two burner model. You might be satisfied with the one burner model. It puts out plenty of heat.

Answer:
Depending on the size of your tent I would start with 1 burner lit to see if that warms it up enough. I have one in my Den and I use both burners for 10-15 minutes and need to turn it off and it stay's comfortable for the rest of the hour....maybe more !!!!

Answer:
Depending the material used to make the fishing tent, and the size of said tent.
You need at least 36 inches Clarence in each direction and it would need to also be vented. It would easily heat the tent up to 80 deg so the thickness of ice could also be an issue due to melting ice. I am sure it has been tried but I have never ice fished so couldn't swear to that.

Answer:
This is very likely to not work considering the amount of clearance needed and limited spacing from the tent. We would not advise to use this in that regard.

Answer:
Hey there,
We do not recommend using propane heaters in indoor living spaces. We recommend using a kerosene indoor heater for a cabin. If you would like additional information, feel free to give us a call at 877-447-4768. Thank you.

Heater worked well and definitely did the job the first season (purchased 10/01/2015). I only used it a few days a week for a few months. When I fired it up this year, I had a little trouble getting it to stay lit the first couple times and then it finally stopped on both burners. After a few conversations with their support, I decided to disassemble the tilt switch (they recommended to replace them). There isn't too much too it, but it's poorly made and won't allow the unit to stay lit if it's bad. If only one was bad I would have replaced it. Since both were, I figure it will only happen again. Bypassing the tilt switch is very easy, but not the best idea. I won't buy another Dyna-Glo product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Outdoor Heater I bought the dual burner model several years as a last minute idea to keep players warm on the sidelines on very cold nights. I now use it on my patio which is only open on one side. It helps a great deal and allows my wife and I to enjoy many cold nights outside. It puts out a lot of heat for the size allowing me to usually run it on low or medium most times. The only issue I've had is after taking out of storage this year, the burners wouldn't stay lit, but replacing the tilt switches solved the problem and it should last many more years. I only just filling the LP bottle this year after 3-4yrs of intermediate use. TIP: For added stability and portability, a standard 20lb bottle fits perfectly in most square milk crates.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor quality This heater does not work. The safety trigger won't stay in and it won't run unless I hold the button in. Extremely poor quality. This is the second one I purchased. I thought I possibly somehow broke the first one, but the brand new one doesn't work either. Do not purchase this heater.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Dynamic-Glo double tank top heater unit Works great! Recommended by a friend who has two. He had a problem with one side of a unit but HD exchanged with no problems! If you are looking for a unit to provided heat from the ground up you won't go wrong with this unit! Would recommend that you also purchase a 30lbs tank as you will use this unit a lot and it saves on trips to get a propane refill.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Lots of heat! I bought this a few days ago for heat while working on woodworking projects in a drafty shed. After trying many electric heaters, even three at once, I found this heater to be the answer. Lots of heat in my immediate work area which was exactly what I was looking for. I highly recommend it.

The tilt switches are going out one side works sometimes and the other one rarely works. The product has not been used much at all so I am not willing to spend more money to get it fixed. Will not buy again.
