I purchased this grill from Home Depot and it arrived in a week. The grill was on sale with free shipping. I shopped around for weeks and checked similar size grills made by other brands. This grill is not available in all stores in Houston area.
The grill was packed in one box. The support used for the packaging is good to control the parts from direct impact damage. But the stainless steel surfaces was not covered well to protect from scratches. My grill has minor scratches on the side burner lid from inside but it is not visible from outside. The right door has big dent from inside, but it is not visible from outside as well. To avoid the scratch on the shining surface of the stainless steel, it can be covered with laminated plastic or similar material in the future.
It takes me about an hour and half to assemble the grill by myself. But It is recommended to get help at least to lift the top part of the grill. I managed to assemble it by myself with care.
The grill seems good to me, but the stainless steel is thinner compared to other brands(Weber and Broil King) I looked at the store. The bottom part of the grill is made from light weight material, but it does not seem very strong to me. The grill looks nice, and the size is big too. I am happy purchasing this grill with a price half of the competitors. I am hoping the grill will last for years. The grill has big cooking space and warming rack.
I tried out the grill this weekend to check burners and the cooking capacity. The burners are great, lit up quickly but the temperature doesn't reach 400s over 15minutes. I assume the grill is loosing heat in the back. The back of the grill bottom is half open, which cause the grill to loose the heat. I haven't thought the fix at this time may be I will try to cover it with a piece of metal in the future. The cooking grates are very strong, and it cooked the meat very well. I served more than 10 guests in the first day, the grill did not let me down. It has a huge cooing area and warming rack. I am happy owning the product for now. I can not comment about the durability of the grill at this time. I recommend this grill for family with back yard space. Good luck!

Well I just cooked my first steaks on the grill and it passed that test. It came well packed, all parts were there and undamaged. Assembly was easy, although I had to both read the text and look at the diagrams carefully. I hooked up the gas and everything checked out great. If its lifespan is reasonable, I think I'll be very happy with this grill. My previous experience was with a Weber, and it was still going strong after 10 years, but the Weber equivalent to this grill would have been more than twice the price. I would certainly recommend this to anyone who wants to save some money over a Weber and still get a great grill.

Upon delivery of my new grill I was anxious get started on assembly. I first unpacked everything and checked off parts to the manual's quantity list. All parts on the list were accounted for. Great! Now for assembly. This when the excitement of my purchase waned. Starting with the bottom shelf, the face was scuffed. The bottom of the right door, the SS trim had multiple scratches. The right self had a small bent, the inside of the left shelf burner lid was very scratched, the inside of the Grill body lid had multiple dents. The outside of the grill body sides had no less than five chips in the black paint. One screw holding the bar for the grill body was stripped and one of the rubber stoppers for the grill lid was missing. Just as I was going to attempt to repackage and send back for a replacement my wife came out and said, what makes you think the next one will be any better? Everything wrong you can fix, so I would just live with it and get on. So, polished the scratches, tapped the grill handle, touched up the paint chips with some high temp paint I had and will live with the bents, Those on the inside of the lid only visible when lid is open. I will call customer service and see if I can get some rubber stoppers, otherwise I will make my own. Other than this the grill looks good, went together without a problem and fired up without a hitch. I don't know why I expected better but I did. Anyway to try and repackage would have been a nightmare. I would recommend to friend but with many cautions. I will report back after I get a few cookouts under its belt.
