I dont get these answers, or where everyone is from, but in the southeast US, our grill 20lb tanks will connect to both pol and qcc, meaning this tank is compatible in either case

I'll assume that 40,000 wide open is not the only setting. How low can this go BTU wise?
Is the fuel consumption rate based on running wide open and non stop?
Does this unit forced hot air with an electric . fan motor?

Thanks, Chuck

Answer:
Hello Chuck,
This unit actually only operates at 40,000 BTU's. Fuel consumption would only be changed depending on the size of the tank and is based on non stop usage. Yes, this does operate from an electric fan motor via the power cord plugin. Hope this helps, thank you.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Does what its intended to do Only issue was getting it to start initially. I took a match to heat the igniter and then it worked ok. Heats my garage from 45 degrees to 65 degrees in about 15 minutes. March 8, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Batman This is good but it does not have auto ignition incase the flame goes off and the gas keeps flowing May 4, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great product for the money. Great product. Heats my two and one half car garage in about 30 mins. Would recommend this product to anyone. March 16, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Exactly As Expected Did a very good job heating an uninsulated 2 1/2 car garage, about 25 deg outside. Got 16 hours on 20 lb. propane tank. March 8, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Propane Heater Works great. Terrific amount of heat produced in my one car garage. February 23, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Worked well, to loud, & not enough heat I like to listen to music while I work. This heater was way to noisy. Well built, just not for me. Heating a 2 car garage. I returned this & got one of the Mister Heater propane that puts out more BTUs. February 24, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Heater worksg good Connecting to tank is not a problem , it connects to the inside threads of valve and remember they are LEFT hand threads. March 8, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good Little heater for the money Heater took the chill out of garage enough to work in when it was 10 degrees out. Light and easy to carry. 20 lb tank lasts a long time. Only draw back might be lack of thermostat, although you can adjust btu output. March 3, 2016
