Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by 1984 gmc k1500 I don't know about A/C ducts but I used it as a sound barrier in my truck. Works great. Put it in the doors and plan to put it on the floor pan also. I took the advise on one of the other reviews, clean the surface before you apply it and it will adhere very well. Heck of a lot cheaper than the product advertised for this purpose. May 16, 2016
