Rated 5 out of 5Â by CustomerService Important note from the manufacturer
The manufacturer does not recommend installing Twist-N-Lock for mounting televisions.
EZ Ancor Twist-N-Lock Drywall Anchors are rated at 50 lbs. for holding products that hang flush to the wall. This rating is per job, not per anchor. Using additional anchors does not incrementally change the weight that can be supported. For example, using 2 EZ Ancor Drywall Anchors rated at 50 lbs. will not hold 100 lbs.
Television mounting should be done following the manufacturerâs instructions and/or instructions of the mounting hardware supplier.

Rated 1 out of 5Â by adsfasdfasdfasd Does NOT screw in and it BROKE when I tried
This did NOT screw in on its own. I had to get a hole started by hammering with a nail and then when I got it started, I could NOT get the thicker part of the anchor into the wall, no matter how hard I tried. Finally the top half snapped off and now I'm left with a big hole and plastic stuck in the wall. I have no idea how I am going to get it out of the wall.

Rated 4 out of 5 Very Good as Long as You're Careful
90% of the time, these work great, but I have had a few break while trying to screw in, but have found ways around that issue and love the results.
First, if one starts to break, use another to finish the hole, back it out, and put the first back in its place.
Second, you can use a small screwdriver or such to punch a hole through first, if you're worried, which pretty much eliminates breakage.
Overall, I think this is a very good product, especially for shallow walls without much space behind the drywall.

Rated 1 out of 5Â by FixinIt Too Rigid, tends to break when inserting
5 out of 17 broke when inserting them into the wall. I love this type of anchor, but this particular brand/type's plastic is too rigid and it easily breaks when (even gently)pounding into the wall. I like the ones with the sharp, knife-like tip better, because you can almost push them in. These are hard to get in. Once they're in, they're fine, but other brands seem much better. These can be frustrating. I thought I hit a stud at times, but no, it was just the anchor cracking.

Rated 5 out of 5Â by mike twist drywall anchors
I am using this product for years and it is great! Bought 50 and used all up in many homes for many projects. Other reviewer complained that the top breaks. Push the end straight into the drywall THEN screw it into the wall. Like all anchors only works one time, if installed well, works well.
