Provided great shade at the beach. Easy to put up and take down. Should have been smarter to secure it with something other than the pegs provided. They were worthless in the sand. After having it up all day at the end of the day it got windy and some pieces were bent and broken. It was easy to order new pieces to repair it on the website. Next time I will secure it better

Ordered the product online for a function. Put canopy up and one leg would not go down. The leg was bent inside making it unusable. Returned product. Disappointing

As campers we have always wanted to get an EZ Up to compliment our travel trailer. This 12 x 12 is perfect for our needs. It really is big, big. This is great for putting the picnic table under and having some shade. It truly does live up to it's name as an EZ up. While it recommends 2 people, I have put this up my self with ease. it takes about 1 min to put up and 30 seconds to take down. It comes with a nice carry case and takes up very little room. Another great use for this is to park your car under when cleaning it on sunny days. It provides awesome shade and it large enough to park my Dodge pickup truck under. Overall, a great EZ Up model that would be perfect for parties, camping, car detailing and much more.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Mamajane1234 As easy as it claims
This tent is wonderful. We took it to the beach with the grandchildren and it was great. The tent is really easy to set up with two people. The addition of a side panel/wall would have been helpful to add extra shade and the addition of tie downs would also have been nice. The stakes that came with it, go through a tab on the end of the poles and were not enough in the sand. If a strong breeze had come I think it would have blown over. I also plan to use this for outdoor craft shows. When you can stick the stakes into the ground, rather than sand, the stakes should hold; unless you get really high winds (in which case, I’m taking my tent and going home!!) My husband was able to take it down by himself so it is possible. It would be quicker and more efficient with two people. I love the storage bag where everything fits exactly right.

This is such a nice item to have! I've used it for garage sales, parties in my backyard and also at the beach. Awesome to have such a versatile canopy that is easy to set up (and take down too!). It takes a couple of minutes either way. Recommend 2 people for this, but even just 1 can do it. Great quality and good price too. Highly recommend this item!

We had the entire neighborhood at our house for July 4th. Everything was going well until a storm popped up and threatened to drive everyone back to their own houses, as we didn't have enough room for everyone and the garage was taken up with food tables and a car. At the first crack of thunder me and a neighbor were able to take this shelter out of its original packing, setup the frame, throw on the tarp, and erect the assembly in under five minutes, right before the rain hit. Swift assembly? Check!
Then the rain that came down was the typical large-drop Georgia thunderstorm rain that floats away the toys left in the yard and does a half decent job rinsing your car off. This shelter stood up to the deluge with flying colors. No leaks, no drips.
The real test of these shelters is wind resistance, and I haven't had a chance to take it to the beach to see how it would handle a 30 mph wind for 12 hours, but I bet it would hold up to it as long as the ground stakes could hold it down. The structure of this shelter is pretty stiff and the plastic couplings look to be twice the thickness of other shelters I've used in the past.
