Asked by: Mani
Rather than trying to explain that information in words. Let me ask you to go to the web site of Franklin Electric Little Giant. A google search will bring it up. If you put number 553455 in the search block on the site it will take you to the products page. Once there if click on the downloads tab, there are submittle sheets that will display the dimensions as well as technical info about this pumps capability. .

what are the water depths does the pump kick on and off ? EC-400

Asked by: Ron
This product is for use with a mini split AC unit. Mini splits are the units that hang on the wall and air condition the one room they are in. The condensate discharge line would go directly into this unit. This is not for use with central AC where you have a unit and a pan. It is only for use with Mini Splits designed for use with this type of pump.
