Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Workhorse I went through 3 (another brand saw) in 3 days and the only worked for 3 hrs before burning up. After #3, I went to Echo CS-352 and ran it for about 6 1/2 hrs with NO problems. Then the back bolt on the bar cover, stripped out to where I only had the front stud/nut holding the bar on . I took it back to Home Depot to exchange it after 29 days from purchase. Had NO problem exchanging it for another CS-352. I am VERY happy with my chainsaw!! January 5, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Saw is OK, chain - not so great it starts good, and this would be a great saw if it didn't bog down and the chain wasn't so wimpy. a few days of cutting and the chain needed sharpening. the teeth are so small, I feel I'd have to buy many chains to keep up with getting firewood in for winter. thought I could change out my Stihl bar and chain, but no - the Echo doesn't have the standard size sprocket - and length between teeth on the saw are also not standard size. I am considering returning this saw and purchasing another Stihl chainsaw. December 21, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Consistently starts and consistently runs I had purchased a poulan chain saw for light cutting around the yard. I had previously purchased a number of other Echo products and was pleased with their ease of use, and easy starting. Well, the poulan started easy enough but would stop running intermittently. Took it in and of course the repair center couldn't find a problem. I bought the Echo 352 to replace the poulan and I am quite happy with it starting and consistently running. Both cut well but the poulan was driving me nuts having to restart it all the time. November 20, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Great power but, Have had many saws, wanted a small one to tote. This little saw is very powerful, and really great. Echo has a problem they need to address, When I went to adjust the chain tension I started by loosening the nuts. Instead of the nuts loosening the bolts started backing out of the saw. The bolts are simply studs screwed into plastic. This needs to be fixed. I returned the first saw and the first thing I did on the second saw was to loosen these nuts, once again instead of the nuts breaking the studs started backing out of the saw. You have to stack two nuts on top of each other in order to screw the studs back into the saw, but if you over tighten them the plastic will strip out. ECHO please fix this problem... Until this problem is fixed you should buy something else. It's a shame because I really liked this saw. November 10, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very Nice Saw I bought a new chain saw a couple years ago. Same brand that I had used since 1979. Right at the start it was a problem with starting, or idle, or something else. While looking at other brands I saw nothing but cheap saws or overpriced saws. Then I came across the Echo saws, they looked well made and at at the right price. After using my new saw I knew I had made the right choice. Ted November 20, 2014
