Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Durable My friend dropped it 50' in the air while doing tree work, it bounced 7' off the driveway, after pulling out a few beroken peices it still worked for the next 2 years! Then it finally died, So I did have to get a new one, but got the same one! April 18, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Easy starting This is the first Echo saw I bought. It runs great and has all the power I need. The only problem is no one had a chain listed for this model at store level. I was told at Home Depot it is because the model is new. I did find out on Echo's website. April 12, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by great chain saw I bought this saw a little over a month ago. I have cut 10 large oak trees with excellent results. Saw starts easy, runs good, and cuts well. I have used Poulans, and McCullough, but my next saw will be an echo. April 6, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by great performer I have always operated sthil saws but when the 029 super got to heavey old age and a cople of strokes it was time for a change . And i have always heard about Echo and quality and it's true. The only thing i can is the narrow bar easy pinch point March 24, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Works good so far This saw started easy right out of the box and has started and cut very well every time I've used it. I've been pruning mesquite trees and only cutting limbs up to 4 inches, but this little saw has performed well for what I'm using it for. March 14, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Great power but, Have had many saws, wanted a small one to tote. This little saw is very powerful, and really great. Echo has a problem they need to address, When I went to adjust the chain tension I started by loosening the nuts. Instead of the nuts loosening the bolts started backing out of the saw. The bolts are simply studs screwed into plastic. This needs to be fixed. I returned the first saw and the first thing I did on the second saw was to loosen these nuts, once again instead of the nuts breaking the studs started backing out of the saw. You have to stack two nuts on top of each other in order to screw the studs back into the saw, but if you over tighten them the plastic will strip out. ECHO please fix this problem... Until this problem is fixed you should buy something else. It's a shame because I really liked this saw. November 10, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great saw. Eazy to work with. I bought this saw (CS352) based on reviews and size. Wanted a small lite saw to work clearing trails. I took it out last week and up mostly downed trees and limbs. Did all I wanted. February 27, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Everything works great Everything is great about it except the chain lost its sharpness too fast February 19, 2015
