Best chain saw that I have ever owned. Cuts trees and limbs like the big boys (bigger chain saws) Its the right size for me and has plenty of power and cutting ability.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Cutty I love this saw!
I bought this because Ive had such good results from other echo products like my weed wacker. It start every time I pull. It uses more fuel than I had expected and I tend to push the choke in when I try to start it it because the lever is so close. The chain loosens up or stretches very often and will come off if not careful. Its light, it starts every time I pull, that makes it worth every dime I payed for it. I highly recommend it.

I've had 3 Poulan Pro 20" chainsaws over the last 15 years
Decided to spend an extra 60 bucks for a 16" Echo. Worth every penny. Felled and stacked six 40 foot tall oak trees on my first gallon of gas and the chain is still sharp. I'm sure it will continue to service me we'll as have my other Echo products.

I bought a CS 370 for my dad. He can't handle the large saws anymore. It is his first Echo and he really likes it. It starts easily and is light. He is impressed with his new Echo and that it not easy to do. Good job Echo.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Granny Brand new saw - Hard to start!
This a solid tool once it gets started. New, out of the box, I followed the instruction manual exactly and even used premium fuel mix from a can. After an initial successful use I went to use the saw a couple of weeks later. Would not start. Found a bad spark plug. Still wouldn't start easily. After many pulls and other cusses it finally got going. I have to think part of the problem is my elevation (7600 ft.), but for a modern saw it should be engineered to handle such a potential condition.
