We wanted a cream color door to match our house. This was fit the bill and looks good installed. Shipping took a couple of weeks, but we weren't in a hurry.
Haven't had any problems at all.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Andrew Everything was good except door handle
The door was decent quality except the handle. The screws could not fit into the threaded holes and I was unable to assemble the handle to the door. Eventually, I broke part of the handle trying to put it on. So I had to go to Home Depot and buy another handle for $12 which worked fine. The rest of it was fine and I'm happy with the result I just didn't like having to make an extra trip to get the job finished.

I wasn't expecting this door to be as great as it is, but it's a WOW! It fit perfectly. Was easily installed. Exactly the color described. T windows slide up and down easily. And when it closes, it mutes so much sound from outdoors! I love it!!

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by LHS Do NOT Buy...Will NOT LAST Over Time!!!
We purchased this door from Home Depot in 2007 when we purchased our home. Looked great at first. However, the door started to wood rot at the top about 3 years later. We called EMCO because the door is supposed to be under warranty for 12 years. Well, EMCO basically told my husband in so many words "SO SAD, TOO BAD...WE CAN'T DO ANYTHING FOR YOU" because we couldn't locate the receipt. We tried reaching out to Home Depot and the card company for a duplicate receipt, but the records were too far back. So, we decided to leave the door until it became completely unusable.
Well, it's now May 2015 and the top and bottom of the door have wood rotted AND the door closer arm has COMPLETELY DETATCHED from the door because the door has wood rotted so badly (see pictures - there are more, but you're only allowed to upload six).
If you want a door that is of poor quality and will only last a few years before it begins to rot, then the EMCO brand door is for you. If you want your door to last without wood rotting, then I would suggest purchasing a brand other than EMCO.
One last thing, the only other brand besides EMCO that I saw on Home Depot's website was Anderson. Since those doors are only full-view (which I do not want), I will also be shopping at another store for a storm door.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by MrsMountain Corrosion in lower left corner
My husband and I had two storm doors installed on each end of our breezeway three years ago, along with new siding, leders and gutters and Anderson windows. Last year my husband noticed that the paint was wearing off on the lower left corner on the outside of one of the doors. This fall I noticed that both doors have peeling paint on the lower left outside corner. I don't know what Emco/Andersen is making their doors out of but they should have lasted longer than this. They have a 10 year warranty. I called to put in a claim which involves sending Emco/Andersen pictures, a copy of the receipt or tax bill to show we are the homeowners. If the company agrees to replace the doors, we have to take the doors down, return them to the store to get new ones. We have to pay someone for the labor. Why can't they make a quality product in the first place

I really wanted the bronze colored door, instead i ended up with the white one. Make sure when checking the color, you are getting the right one. i did not wanna go through the hassle of going back to home depot so i stuck with the white door. After about 3-4 hours my door was finally installed. My pops and I tried our hands at carpentry and it went pretty well. I must say,the instructions really are confusing. If you have experience with installing storm doors, this will be a a breeze for you. Overall result: the door looks great! I hope it holds up for a long time.
