Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Geranrbrt Perfect for backyard storm door
I bought this door for my Moms house, which was built in 1947. I had no problem installing it, caulking was just competed today. I would recommend this door is sturdy, well insulated and very stylish.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Jean Nice storm door
We bought this as a replacement for the one we have had for over 28 years. It is a solid, nice storm door with screen that is permanently in (no removing the screen every winter and replacing with glass). Took a little bit to do the install since it was our first time and a neighbor helped. Couple hours and it was done.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointed Good door for money but not as advertised
Overall the door seems to be of good quality - solid, looks good, well built. It is not, however 1.5 inches thick as advertised and what I need. It is only 1" thick. I even took the web ad with me to the store and told the assistant that I needed it to be 1.5" thick. He said this was the same as on the web ad. There was no indication of the thickness on the packaging. He did, of course tell me there was an adapter kit he could special order if I got home and found I needed a thicker door - not much help if you can't wait a couple days for the kit to come in! I had to make my own adaptation.
If you need a 1.5" thick door this is not the door for you. As a 1" door, it looks pretty good.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by MamaRen Cheap door for cheap price
If you're looking for a cheap door, here it is. It's passable. It's a storm door. It keeps more of the cold out than not having a door at all, so it functions more-or-less correctly. I wish I could have afforded a nicer, better quality door, but for now, this one will work.
The shims that came with it were not enough. My handyman had to buy something bigger to make the latch work correctly. Even so, the door pretty much has to slam, in order to close properly. If you just let it go softly, it doesn't close all the way or latch. So, slam it or pull it closed.
There was a small (but necessary!) piece missing from the door-closer parts. I called and it was shipped out pretty quickly. In the meantime, though, the door was flying around until I blocked it open with a planter. Because of the inadequate shims, it would not stay closed, and the wind whipped it open constantly.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by DD Easy installation with no cutting or trimming
This is perhaps the easiest installation of a storm door I have ever experienced. The hardest part is adjusting the door closer and latch so that it always latches and won't get blown open by a gust of wind, which is a problem in my area and the reason the previous door required replacement.
