Thank you for your inquiry. The difference between the EMCO 300 and 200 Triple-Track are the handleset and bottom solid door panel design. EMCO 300 has an outside lever brass surface mount handleset while the EMCO 200 has a black surface mount handleset. The solid panel for EMCO 300 has a rectangular design on it while EMCO 200 doesn't. Customer Reviews

Rated 3.1 out of 5 by 75 reviewers.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Perfect fit, easy installation, nice to have things go my way Triple-Track storm door came safely protected from any possible shipping damage. All parts required were included. Installation of the door was the easy part of the job, even if one has little if any experience. Glad I chose The Home Depot for this project June 24, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Worst Purchases Ever I am about to receive the fourth door under warranty. The three previous doors have all rotted, in the same manner, from the inside out as other reviewers have mentioned. There is an obvious design flaw or manufacturing defect associated with this door since the door fails in the same way almost exactly three years from installation. When I asked the EMCO representative via telephone whether this problem has been noted the rep simply states that the door may be replaced (if approved) under warranty and there is no record of a continuing problem with this door. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Very Poor Quality This door was purchased in 2012. Within a year, the door started disintegrating. My warranty claim was approved, but I am still waiting for a resolution. Poor quality materials do not stand up to normal weather conditions without literally turning to dust. These pictures are of the inside of the door! I will never spend my money on another product of theirs. September 6, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by waiting on my 2nd replacement Rotting on the bottom...again! See picture. No problem getting the 1st replacement 3 years ago. Hope this one goes as smooth. August 21, 2012
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by New install of door Easy to install and looks great!! And would recommend September 1, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Solid Storm Doors... until they DETERIORATE! Originally purchased 2 doors in 2007... have replaced the back door & front door once each because of corrosion in 2011 and am now on the 2nd replacement for the front door. Although I was glad they honored the warranty in 2011, it was a pain to remove the doors, haul them to Home Depot for the replacements and re-install. The corrosion on the back door was around the lock set and along the bottom edge. The corrosion on the front door was along the edge and bottom. The bottom edge of the door is exposed wood core until you attach the sweep so I thought that was where the moisture was coming from and traveling up inside to cause the corrosion. Before I hung the replacements in 2011, I painted the bottom edge before installing the sweeps and around the holes drilled for the lock sets. Didn't solve the problem... The front door has corrosion AGAIN (inside and outside) on the hinge side and near the bottom corner of the window( inside). Imagine it won't be long for the back door to show the same. A few weeks ago, I contacted Andersen/Emco to find out about a replacement under warranty which they offered but it's now just a replacement door panel (no hardware, etc.) OR you can pay for a FULL replacement albeit at 1/3 the cost of a new door. Since this is replacement #2 (same issue) I asked whether they had changed anything in how they're manufactured so they don't corrode? No... Do they have any recommendations to pass along (sealer, caulk, etc.) when installing to prevent this from happening again? No... So I can replace this under warranty again, disassemble, lug to store, lug new one home, & re-install... just to do it over again in a few years, but by that time the original warranty will be over and I'll just have to buy a new door! and it darn sure won't be one made by Andersen/Emco!! They did say if I PAY for the full replacement that I can bring it to the store to 'upgrade' (pay MORE) to an aluminum Andersen door which does not have the inner wood core (that's the only fix to stop the corrosion)... and the new door will have a new warranty since it's a new model. Wish they would've said this the FIRST time I replaced these!! If THIS design is flawed, fix it or STOP selling them! Save yourself the headache, buy another storm door. This one WILL deteriorate if it is exposed to 'weather' (hmmm ... isn't that what a storm door is for??) April 8, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great affordable product This screen door can be ordered to fit undersized door heights. Easy to install. Fair price. August 5, 2016
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Bought this door about 6 years ago...and it's slowly rotting away! I purchased this door back in 2010. It was in stock and I wanted a back storm door so that I could enjoy the breeze that would blow through my back yard. The door installed easily and I even had my handyman install a bush on the bottom. 3 years later, I noticed what appeared to be bubbling in the paint at the base of the door. I left it alone then, but fast forward to today and you can see what has become of the door. Water has gotten inside of the door and is rotting it away from the inside out! I got on Home Depot's website and noticed that the EMCO/Andersen Doors customer service had actually responded to a few of the comments. I decided to give them a shot. Randi was very nice and she told me that my door has a 12 year warranty against defects! 12 years! Wow! She asked me a few questions, gave me some directions and I am soon to be on my way to getting a replacement. Sure I have a few hoops to jump through. I just hope that they've improved the quality in the past 6 years... February 22, 2016
