Is this ok in freezing temperatures? Also, does the height difference have to be exactly 3 inches, or can it accommodate a slightly smaller height too? For example, 2.75 inches, or 3.25 inches, etc.?

Rated 4.2 out of 5 by 16 reviewers.
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Poor Quality If I could give it zero stars, I would. Four pieces which were supposed to fit together at joints. Only two fit together without being forced. The other two jammed as the joints were blocked due to poor quality finishing. Bent two piece trying to hammer them on. Ended up building a wooden ramp for the two pieces to sit on. Complete waste of money. October 18, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by This ramp met every requirement of this project, then some. I'm building a ramp for my mom's house, and needed a seamless transition from the pavement to the wooden portion of the slope. She uses a walker, and we needed to come up with a way that would prevent her from having to lift the walker onto the ramp. This product exceeded every expectation we had, and has enabled our mom to once again venture outside the house. February 3, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Filled a need Built a wheelchair ramp. Used pressure treated lumber for the base and Trex for the surface. That left a 3 inch drop at the end. This made for a smooth transition to the concrete walkway. May 21, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Product !!! Great product. Very sturdy. Saves the chance of tripping or falling over a step into the doorway. June 4, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good Product This ramp is great. It basically just slides together, then a couple of screws and you are done. I'm no handyman but I had no problem putting it together. There are a couple of holes at the top so you can secure the ramp to the door sill. It's light and easy to move if/when you might need to. We used it for our slider. Perfect size for the door. It handles the weight of my scooter and myself with no problem. I would recommend this ramp. If and when I need another ramp I would buy it again. June 3, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great threshold option These ramps are a great option when needed for wheelchair entrance. No need to alter existing structure or concrete. I liked the fact that this particular ramp is a (4) piece sectional. It allows the ramp to conform to existing grade while maintaining required height. I would recommend these to other service professionals as well. January 6, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Threshold Ramp I have not installed the item yet - appears to be what I need, however should state" assembly required" other than that - okay Harry February 17, 2015
