We did not get fasteners for the top of handrail that should be connected to the wall bracket when two holes are drilled. Are they sold separately ?

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by High quality brackets - work well with the rest of the system High quality brackets; just like the rest of the EZ Handrail system. The only hardware that EZ Handrail did not include for my simple project (two posts, two post base covers, two of these brackets, a single round rail, and two end caps) were the 5/16 X 3 3/4 bolts and associated nuts and washers necessary to cross-bolt these brackets to the posts. Actually, you will most likely use 4 inch long bolts like I did, because that is what you will be able to find. You definitely want 5/16 rather than 1/4 bolts here, because that size matches the holes in these brackets. Depending on the angle of your stair (if you are using it on a stair), you can offset the holes in the posts from the centerline of the post so that the mounting surface of the bracket does not project past the edges of the post.
