Customer Reviews

Rated 2.0 out of 5 by 1 reviewer.
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Horrible color, will not hide any flaws in floor I looked at the photo of the color on 5 screens across 4 different devices and the color looked to be a spring grass green (a very bright yellow green). Upon the first application we discovered that there were absolutely NO green tones to this product but instead looked as if someone had urinated all over the floor. No joke. It did not get any better once dried ... I had also looked at user photos posted for the other colors and it appeared as if this stain (with a few coats) would become opaque enough to at least blur imperfections or stains on the concrete. Or at least make them a part of the pattern. I understood that a lighter color such as this would not be as saturated as the darker browns/blues but again, I was mistaken. Along with the color, it had about as much saturation as someone urinating on the floor. Proceeded to return the sealer that we did not use. Would have appreciated a refund on the stain but I haven't had much luck with anything regarding HomeDepot (customer service, stock, etc) so I wasn't expecting much better for the return process. Waste of $60 which to new homeowners is a lot. Ended up going out and buying floor primer/paint to cover the mess of a floor this product made. I only gave it 2 stars rather than 1 because the mixing/application process was very easy. January 20, 2015
