Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by DIYer Does an excellent job!
I applied this sealer to my driveway, front porch, and back patio including all vertical surfaces. I applied using a $20 stain/sealer sprayer from home depot and it worked great. Only took a little over an hour. It rained 6 days after application and all the water beaded right up and ran right off! It is working just as it says it does. Hopefully it will last a couple years although I wouldn't be that disappointed because it was only $80 and the coverage was great! I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to preserve their concrete. See the picture and the difference in how the water is soaking into the neighbors concrete and how mine looks dry!

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Mike This concrete sealer worked exactly as described online and the estimated coverage was very accurate.
After power-washing my large concrete patio I used a basic paint roller with a 1/4" nap and stick extension to apply this sealer. After it dried I was happy to see that there was no discoloration of the concrete surface. Its been down for about 2 months and so far any liquid that comes in contact will just bead up on the surface. The concrete no longer seems to absorb any moisture. I believe this application will save me a lot of time when cleaning this surface in the future.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Troutman Great Product
This product is easy to handle, easy to apply (I used a paint roller on an extension rod), easy to clean up. and performs very well. The attached photo shows a treated portion of my patio slab next to an untreated portion after a heavy rain, the lighter portion is the treated area which is repelling the moisture!

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by AtlantaEngineer Great product... IMPORTANT POP UP SPOUT INFO...
I used five of these (25 gallons) on a large driveway and concrete pavers. Around the third container I discovered that the two sides of the ring on the screw off top were there to allow you to put the shaft of a large screwdriver or similar tool through to pull up the 3 inch pour spout. I used a utility knife to release the pull out plug so it would not tear the spout. I also found it helpful to use a 5-6 inch plastic funnel set on the top of the tank sprayer, which was large enough to catch the splurges caused by pouring unvented. As others have said, spraying with the tank sprayer vs. rolling is more effective in getting the wet coat coverage on evenly. Very watery, good for sprayer, bad for rolling. Rolling does not distribute the watery product evenly. Note instructions say "WET 2ND COAT" for a reason: "Piling on" a second coate while still wet gets the best penetration. And pile it on... even if it runs a bit in spots. To have the second coat "wet" required doing only a small section and going back, not the whole driveway. Otherwise, the first coat, even if not as thick as desired, starts blocking the absorption of the second coat. It will accept the material, just not as much.
As others have stated, clean, clean, clean with your pressure washing toward overkill: once you seal whatever dirt is there is there more or less permanently.
It is called "Natural" for appearance: you won't know it's there other than after the huge clean and seal my driveway definitely looks lighter in color. Wet sealers are slippery when wet.
Again great product... don't know about longevity yet, however.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Cissy Easy to use!
I purchased this to seal my new driveway and patio as instructed by the builder of my new home. It was very easy to use and easy to clean up. I also purchased a sprayer as some other customers stated to use. Had no problems with over spray. With the next rain, I noticed the beading of the rain on the surface of the concrete. The only thing, I'm not sure if I applied enough for fear of over applying. I did apply a second coat right after the first. So hopefully, under applying will not be an issue.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by polskifiat Good for water only
I got this to seal my new concrete driveway. It's super easy to apply using a simple hand pump garden sprayer. Like others, I tried to apply it with a roller first and soon gave up. The product prevents water from soaking into the concrete very well. Perhaps I was expecting too much, but my main reason for applying it was to prevent stains from oil drips, leaves, etc. For that, the product is useless. If you are just looking to prevent water from absorbing, this product is great; for anything else, probably want to find something else.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Hametown Great, Affordable, Concrete Sealer!
This is an excellent product! It was applied easily with a garden sprayer. The coverage (new concrete was much greater than expected. The surface of the concrete is beading very nicely. (Though somewhat difficult to see in this picture due to debris, one can see very good beading.) I could not be happier!

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Poppy231 Great item, worked well. Recommended!
Used with a Sears craftsman 2 gallon hand pump sprayer with the wand and set for moderate spray to leave a 8-10" spray area, going side to side away from the house so not having to walk through the product. I figured doing 1 coat on my concrete around the yard would be about the 1000 sq ft., limit of the 5 gal container, and i just had enough to do a very small area for a second coat but once it rained didn't notice a difference versus doing just one complete uniform coat.
Had wanted the wet look of the oil base version (not available in NY) so settled for this item. Holding up and doing its job 1 month into some good rains and daily sprinkler use, the water beads up until it dissipates.
Great price for it and would compare to other products double the money! Will try the oil based "wet look" for next summer once someone can bring it into NY for me.
**be sure to powerwash the area thoroughly with a quality unit and clean concrete good. Use this product around dusk and be sure area of use has had time to cool from sun and will dry overnight, otherwise it will dry on contact and steam. Happened to me on my last section yet still works fine just a slight shade off at the time yet all areas now are looking the same. Next time I'll do on a cloudy day or later just before dark and once cooled. It does make a differences doing that!
