Answer:
You can put some XYLENE in a spray bottle and spray on the cloudy areas. This will draw the water out almost instantly.
The Xylene can be found in the paint department with the paint thinners.

Rated 4.2 out of 5 by 21 reviewers.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent product! I've paid professionals $300 or so do reseal my driveway in the past. They all told me that the cheap stuff sold at Home Depot and Lowes would ruin my driveway(peel, flake, white glaze, etc.). I read previous reviews on this product and decided to give it a try. For $100 (+$20 or so for painting supplies) I figured I would do it myself. The result was SO MUCH BETTER than I expected. I purchased another 5 gallon & will be resealing my back patio area this weekend. I added 2 bags (3.2 oz) of Seal-Krete Clear Grip Anti Skid to the 2nd coat and have no issues with the driveway being slippery. April 7, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by New life to sad concrete Easy to apply on our stamped concrete pool deck and patio. It started off dull and probably 2 years past when we should have sealed. Now it looks like new. May 24, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good product Great product, does what it says. I wish local stores handled it and didn;t have to order it. June 7, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good initial results, time will tell. For best results as noted by others is to roll the product on...a 3/4" roller works best for first coat but don't layer it on too thick. Two thin coats work best otherwise you will get some bubbling. I applied at temps between 50 and 70 degrees on a partly cloudy day and only got some bubbles where the first coat was laid on thicker. A second thin coat applied after 2.5 hours removed the few bubbles I had and achieved the wet glossy look. I don't think you really get the gloss with one coat. Coverage rate was right on at 100 sqft per gallon for two coats on concrete aggregate... the first with a 3/4' roller, the second with a 1/2" roller. The strong odor dissipated within two days but by all means, close windows and doors and a respirator is a good idea. April 8, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Eagle Sealer I purchased (2) 5 gal. containers of the Eagle Sealer. I used a thick Purdy Roller and it went on very easily. My driveway is exposed aggregate and is about 1000 sq. ft. I used about 7.5 gal. and it looks like a new driveway now. The look is a wet look with a tint of brown...great product for the price. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Lucky to find this product It has been about 6 years since I have had my stamped concrete driveway refinished. For the past 2 years I have been (with no success) trying to find a contractor who would re-coat my driveway with a xylene based sealer. One contractor quoted $2200 for a solid gray coating. I found this product online, after reading the instructions, I applied it my self, for a fraction of the money that the contractor quoted. My biggest challenge was the weather, as I applied the product in the middle of January. The driveway looks GREAT. Home Depot was very helpful in letting me return the unopened containers to the store for full credit . I now know where to find the product when I will have to recoat the driveway in the future. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by result is excellent Be prepared to wear old clothes because it makes a mess! Sprays while using a roller and will get on your shoes and pants. I wore gloves also. It took the five gallon bucket to completely seal the driveway, you can't skimp as rolling it on requires it to be even. It makes an old aggregate driveway look new again. The product is tinted transparent brown and makes the aggregate look "richer." Loved the result but makes a mess for the homeowner doing their own deferred maintenance. Well worth the money and waiting to receive it from the manufacturer, direct to your home. June 7, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Pretty Good Stuff! We machined the tempered slick finish off 1550 Sq ft. The raw concrete was probably a little smoother than a broomed finish. Five gallons & 1 cup did the first coat on 1550 Sq ft. The second coat took about 4 gallons. First coat dried to a satin look. Second coat needed to give it a glossier look. Have ventilation. Two people applying 2 coats with 140' of brush cut in, it took 3 hours of labor. Even though it's semi-transparent you can still see every detail in the concrete. Used a 1 1/4" and a 3/4" roller. 3/4" on this finish was just fine. July 18, 2013
