Got 2 5 gallon pails. One worked great while the second provided very little protection. I could see the difference after it rained as I did one side at a time. Home Depot wouldn't help me. I didn't want to go through the manufacturer as I dealt with Home Depot. Disappointed!

I applied one coat of the concrete sealer using a 2 gallon tank sprayer. The concrete was poured 2 years ago and had a sealer applied by the contractor at that time. It was recommended that I re-apply a sealer every year or two to keep my concrete in good condition.. I have almost two thousand square feet of concrete and the 2, five gallon buckets I ordered was just enough to complete the project; so the coverage estimate was spot on. It was easy to apply and did not change the appearance of the concrete; just what I wanted, I did not want a high gloss look. Water beads up on the surface and this will hopefully reduce the chance of cracking from water getting into small cracks and freezing this winter. Clean up was easy since this is a water based product. I am completely happy with the ease of application and the appearance, time will tell if it provides the protection I am looking for. I plan to re-apply the sealer again either next year or the year after to protect my investment.

It took two coats to make a difference (darken) the look. The firct coat was absorbed and didn't apear to have any affect except to cause warer to bead up on the bricks. The second coat made a big difference.

Product worked as intended, good instructions and it does not alter the finish of the surface being applied to.

I've only had the product on new concrete for about a month now. Looks like it doesn't have anything on it at all, until it gets wet. Then it beads right off. I mean water doesn't soak in at all. Time will tell as far as durability, but good so far. As advertised

I WAS A NON BELIEVER IN THE VALUE OF SEALER. WE USED THIS ON VERY HIGH GRADE ARIZONA SANDSTONE FLAGSTONE QUARRIED NEAR THE GRAND CANYON.
WE ALLOWED THE GROUT TO DRY FOR TWO MONTHS - NO RAIN SO IT WAS BONE DRY.
APPLYING THE SEALER IS VERY EASY. IT HAS VERY LOW VISCOSITY (LIKE WATER). IF YOU ARE TOO HEAVY OR LIGHT IN A SPOT, ROLLING OVER THE AREA FIXES IT UP PERFECT. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ROLLING IT NOT SPRAYING. WE BOUGHT SOME 18 INCH ROLLERS TO DO 3000 SQ FEET. IF YOU WALK ON A WET ROLLED SPOT IT DOES NOT STICK LIKE GOOEY PAINT TO YOUR SHOES. SPOTS THAT HAVE A MILKY LOOK WHERE IT IS OVER-SATURATED CAN BE ROLLED OUT TEN MINUTES LATER.
HERE IN ARIZONA WHERE IT GETS CRAZY HOT WE DID IT AT SUNRISE FOR 2 OR 3 HOURS. WHEN THE TEMPERATURE GETS TO 90 DEGREES YOU CAN TELL IT IS GOING ON FUNNY - SO STOP AND FINISH THE NEXT DAY. NO PROBLEMS LAPPING OVER IF YOU ARE NOT QUITE SURE WHERE YOU STOPPED. INSTRUCTIONS SAY NOT TO APPLY OVER 90 F.
VERTICAL AND HORIZONTAL CORNERS WE COULD NOT REACH INTO, WE SPRAYED WITH A REGULAR OLD SPRAY BOTTLE.
I HAVE DONE 2 OR 3 COATS IN SOME SMALL SPOTS WHERE RAIN PUDDLES OR BENEATH A RAIN SPOUT WHICH GETS A LOT OF WATER.
TEST SPRAY SOME WATER THE NEXT DAY...IF IT IS NOT BEADING UP THEN DO ANOTHER COAT. WE BOUGHT A FOURTH 5 GALLON CAN FOR SOME CONCRETE AREAS TOO.
WE USED NON-GLOSSY - STONES LOOK JUST LIKE THEY DID PRIOR TO COATING(S)

Sealer went on easy with sprayer. Used roller to get rid of any puddling. Coverage was a little less than 1000 sq ft for 5 gal due to it being an older driveway. Driveway is beading up nicely when it rained. Hopefully it will hold up to the salt invasion this winter.
