Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by newbob 4 in. Earth Auger Bit
I have a Earthquake power head with a 6" auger ordered this to have the ability to set smaller posts.
Fits on my machine just fine.
My main complaint would be the cost, which I think is to steep.

The drill was easy to use. It complements the 6 and 8 inch bits I already had.

I needed to install a few sonic mole chasers on my property (16" length x 2" dia.) This auger bit made the task simple and efficient.
Looking forward to getting a two inch bit for planting small scrubs this week.

One of two auger bits that I own. Great for any small hole that needs to be dug. Breaks through solid material.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by whralst Easy to use auger...if you receive the right tool to tighten bolt
After unpacking the auger and untightening the bolt that attaches the auger to the power head...the bolt did not come with a large (approx. 1/4 inch) hex wrench to tighten the unit in place...plus untighten. I found a temporary substitute but really need to get a good tight fit hex wrench so as not to round-off the head.
As for the auger itself...far better and lighter to use than the 6 in that I previously bought. Sure wish the Earthquake power head had a reverse button to back the auger out of the moist soil.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Jerry Review of 4" earth auger
This auger was easy to install and worked well with the auger head. I found it to be just what I wanted instead of the bigger 8" auger for the smaller jobs.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by acndh123 Excellent product, but needs a wrench
The bit is sturdy, but the price is a bit high. The delivery was very fast, but it takes a special wrench to attach it to the auger. The wrench should be included.
