Customer Reviews

Rated 4.4 out of 5 by 12 reviewers.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by great purchase. auger worked great.fit just fine and should last a long time. June 24, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good drill bit The drill was easy to use. It complements the 6 and 8 inch bits I already had. November 3, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Easy to assemble & use I needed to install a few sonic mole chasers on my property (16" length x 2" dia.) This auger bit made the task simple and efficient. Looking forward to getting a two inch bit for planting small scrubs this week. June 23, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Cuts well One of two auger bits that I own. Great for any small hole that needs to be dug. Breaks through solid material. May 30, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Easy to use auger...if you receive the right tool to tighten bolt After unpacking the auger and untightening the bolt that attaches the auger to the power head...the bolt did not come with a large (approx. 1/4 inch) hex wrench to tighten the unit in place...plus untighten. I found a temporary substitute but really need to get a good tight fit hex wrench so as not to round-off the head. As for the auger itself...far better and lighter to use than the 6 in that I previously bought. Sure wish the Earthquake power head had a reverse button to back the auger out of the moist soil. July 9, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Review of 4" earth auger This auger was easy to install and worked well with the auger head. I found it to be just what I wanted instead of the bigger 8" auger for the smaller jobs. November 5, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent product, but needs a wrench The bit is sturdy, but the price is a bit high. The delivery was very fast, but it takes a special wrench to attach it to the auger. The wrench should be included. September 23, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good product Sturdy. I like the simple hex-head bolt for attachment (Need metric hex wrench which does NOT come with). This diameter is good hole starter for my one-man powerhead in hard-pan clay. June 4, 2013
