Customer Questions & Answers

Can the charger be out of order?

I have purchased a new battery for my mower just this week and it took 19 hours and the lights in the charger are still red. The instruction says it takes 15 hours. Do I need a new charger or should I keep the battery in there longer?

17 in. Rechargeable Cordless Electric Lawn Mower is rated 4.4 out of 5 by 19.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great little mower I'm going on 83, and my 22 inch gas mower has become too much for me, so this little jewel is perfect. It was so easy to assemble that I didn't even have to refer to the instruction manual. It took a bit to get it out of the box because it is too heavy for me to lift, but after I installed the handle I simply tilted the box and it rolled right out. I have a rather large yard so I can't cut it all with one charge, but a "charge break," lunch, and a little rest and it is ready to go again. I prefer the side discharge because it pushes easier than with mulching; besides, I start on the outside and go around to the right so that the discharged clippings are actually mulched with every go 'round. It's easy, it works, and truth-be-told, it's FUN.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Convenient, easy to use. Very happy with lawnmower. I am female and find this easy to push and handle. Love the four adjustable heights. I have yet to run out of charge. I have a lot 55x75. Was easy to assemble by my self. Jax fla.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to start, easy to adjust cutting height, handle for starting is plastic, but great mower, used 5 x so far & love it. I wish the starting handle were not plastic, but that's my only complaint. Fully charges in 16 hours, my lawn usually only uses 1/2 battery power (more if the grass is longer). Only assembly required was to attach the (adjustable) handle. I've never been able to start a regular mower, but this one is a dream. It runs so quietly my dog doesn't even bark at it. I LOVE not having to get gas for it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This product is awesome! I bought this mower as I am disabled. It came in a weeks time and it only took 45 mins to assemble. Charged the battery over night. Even though the little plastic key and handle look cheap, this mower cuts and handles very well. Very durable and easy to push. Well worth the money. No more pull handle, gas or oil and it's basically maintenance free. It's rocks!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Super Mower got this mower for my 81 year old mother. The mower was a cinch to put together and so easy to start. No more pull cords, gas or oil to mess with. The battery comes out so you can store it in the house over the winter. It's fairly easy to push and blows away the competitors - I found Toro and Black and Decker to be over priced. This mower is super and will surely pay for itself in the end while gas prices continue to rise.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This mower does not pollute & will eventually pay for itself. Works as good as a gas mower. Quieter. Does not pollute. Will pay for itself eventually because of no gas or oil. Amazingly easy to start. No pulling!! The only thing I do not like is the lever to turn it on & that keeps it running is plastic. Concerned it may break, & hand falls asleep while having to hold it. Thinking of making a strap to hold it in place.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from this lawnmower is easy to operate I am 71 years old and this mower is easy to push, there is no gas engine to start, it keeps a charge and i can mow my whole yard with ease. plus it's easy to store. I love it

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Okay lawn mower I like this mower but it is probably better suited for a smaller yard. It is nice because it is quiet and lightweight but because it is small it takes longer to do the yard. Also sometimes I mow over the grass and it doesn't seem to cut that well. The grass springs back up. I suppose it just doesn't have the power of a motor mower. At least I can cut the grass early in the morning without waking my neighbors. I also like that you can take the battery out and then the mower is pretty light. You could hang it up without the battery in. Also then you can keep the battery in the house though the winter and charge it up every month or so like they tell you to.
