I buy this product each year. I have a back yard KOI pond. It keeps the raccoon's from swimming in the pond and getting to my fish, and it keeps Herons out of the water and getting my fish.

I bought this to keep birds out of some berry bushes. It's the least expensive way I found to do it, and it does a good job. However, this netting is very frustrating to work with. It seems to snag and catch anything it comes into contact with. After unfolding it on the ground I had to remove numerous sticks, leaves and so forth from it. Then, while attaching it to a frame I built around the bushes, it again, caught on every plant, shrub, or tree branch it could!
Once in place, it works well, is strong, and lasts a long time. I've used this for several years and see no signs of degrading. Given how inexpensive it is, I'd say it's worth the aggravation of getting it setup.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by John The "bird net" is versatile and effective as protection against pesky birds and Deer.
I use the 12'x12' net to wrap around my young apple tree for protection against deer; it works! Another way I use it is to suspend it from the 2' high wire fence surrounding my small garden to protect my vegetables from both birds and deer. This is very effective and I don't have to go to the trouble of trying to build a fence high enough that the deer can't jump it. It is still effective though it could be more durable.

This is an excellent product. A little tedious to apply but does the trick of protecting my strawberries. Unfortunately I could only find it in the 14x14 size and only needed a small square to cover a container. So just be aware this is a huge expanse of material.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by pjatmiddleburg netting is what I expected
the netting seems strong enough, very light, and virtually invisible. The only problem that I had was making sure that it was tied up to the trunk of the the small fruit tree that I covered. (Obviously I didn't get it bound down correctly as squirrels still got in from below and plucked every nectarine that was on that little tree). I would recommend it and get a bigger one next time. pjf

I have a small strawberry patch and needed something to keep out the critters (birds, turtles, rabbits). I didn't want to purchase one of those "tents" or use wire mesh to protect my berries. This protective mesh really fit the bill. An inexpensive fix. To harvest my delicious fruit, all I have to do it pull back the mesh and voila! - fresh fruit!

Purchased for my spouse's vegetable garden at the request of my spouse.
the mesh easily tied onto 1/2" cpvc pipe hoops she used as framing for the birdblock mesh.
We saw the birdblock thwart the birds from landing in the garden beds, and it also doubles as a net for catching falling leaves from nearby trees.
Good stuff. Hopefully it will last some more seasons.
