Landscape Fabric Pegs (20-Pack) is rated 3.9 out of 5 by 82.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from They do the job I like these pegs. They're went into the ground easily, for the most part. They're also a good length, and they hold down landscape fabric very well. I bought one bag of 20, then went back and got another bag. Part of the tops of a couple of them did break when I was pounding them in, but they ARE plastic. However, I've had another brand of similar plastic landscape pegs in the past that never broke -- they were a somewhat more pliable plastic; these are hard plastic. That's the only drawback of this brand. So I have a couple of partially broken pegs, but they still hold the fabric down, so it's not a deal breaker. But it prevents me from giving them five stars.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Only good in soft soils Unfortunately, these plastic pegs are not very compatible with hard, compact soil - or a base of hard clay! The thin plastic heads chipped easily when hammered and the spike points broke off on several as I attempted to first push and then hammer them into the ground. Fortunately they were not expensive and I'm chalking my purchase up to an experiment. Actual iron nails might have worked better in my circumstances.

The problem I have is that when I was hammering them into the ground with a rubber mallet, the peg tops were breaking off. The ground was relatively soft; the pegs just aren't particularly durable. Expect that of the 20 - about 5 will break and plan accordingly.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Plastic sucks It would be better if this item was made out of Metal. Many of them broke during install. This item is only good if your soil is tight and flat.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Plastic Pegs Plastic pegs are heavy duty but too thick to install in hard ground, wire type fabric oins are easier to use.
