4 ft. Brown Rubber Landscape Edging (48-Pallet) is rated 4.6 out of 5 by 69.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from It does the job I actually really liked this product. I bought the pallet size to replace the trim around my garden beds. The final result looks great. My biggest complaint would be with the stakes/pegs. They are plastic and we broke the head/top off of several of them while driving them into the ground (we tried both a hammer and rubber mallet; rubber mallet works best but still broke the head/top off several stakes). The only other issue we had was getting some of the connections to be seamless. Our gardens are shaped like a figure 8 and we ended up having to change the curvature in some areas to create a flawless look at the connecting points. Other than that - it looks great and was easy to lay out and install. Seems pretty durable!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The Best Edging Ever!!! This unique edging will go just about anywhere and will inspire you to think outside the boxy lines of boring old-style borders. It makes circles around the trees to neatly separate the bark from the rocks and curved borders everywhere else. I changed my mind about the design after beginning this project and easily moved and reinstalled the affected edging without any problems. We love it!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Stake issue easily solved I have read many reviews where people loved this product but complained about the quality of the stakes that secure the edging. The stakes are not very strong when compared to the edging itself. I just installed about 160 feet of the edging today, using a total of 160 stakes. After reading all the reviews I came up with a very simple solution, I did not have one break or bend. The solution is to use a 1/4" or 3/8" drill bit to make a "pilot hole" about 6" deep into the ground. That makes it much easier to push the stake part way in the ground and the carefully hammer the stake the rest of the way. The stakes are very secure and you will not need to buy a stronger stake. Good luck with your project, you will love this product, just do the "pilot hole" like I said.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Excellent for straight runs This works well if you have straight runs and your curves only require a single piece. I found that if you have to join pieces on the curve, a gap will form on the connection. The sharper the turn, the worse the gap. I had one sharp turn that the little pegs wouldn't hold in place. I had to put in wedges to hold the piece in place. You could cut the pieces so that they meet more smoothly, but I found cutting them to be a pain. I often had to re-cut the piece multiple times as you can't make fine adjustments to an existing cut. I have also broken the heads off several of the stakes while trying to pound them in. It is especially challenging when the head gets below the rise, the hammer bounces off the rubber rise. I added a would block between the hammer and stake to fix this. But I am fairly happy with it. I've gotten lots of positive feedback from the neighbors and visitors.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from so far i love it I purchased a pallet (48 pieces) and ended up buying 4 more individual pieces to do my whole yard. A friend helped, and we installed it all in about 3 hours, using the idea that someone else mentioned - drilling into the dirt before driving in the stakes. I live in Oregon and the ground gets pretty hard. The effect is amazing - it truly looks wonderful. The right size to hold back bark chips, and easy to mow along. I can't say how it holds up as I haven't had it that long but so far I love it!! I did 208 feet and if you can either use the entire pallet or share it with someone - it is a much better deal - even with shipping.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Pretty simple to install! I purchased the Eco Border to edge several areas of my yard. I was able to install it myself with little difficulty. It is very easy to assemble and install, and very durable. The only difficulty I had with it is when making a somewhat sharp curve. When the curve is concave, there are no problems. When making a curve the other way (like a circle around a tree), it gets tricky trying to keep the pieces connected in a manner that looks good. Otherwise, this is an awesome product that I am very satisfied with!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to install, looks pretty good Just installed a full pallet of these today in about 2-3 hrs. Very easy to install (although my back didn't like all the bending). I tried them with the base of the "L" facing the lawn so I could run the lawn mower over it and avoid edging, but I did not like the fact that the stake heads were very visible. Several of my neighbors who came over to check it out agreed so I turned it around so the base of the "L" was facing the bark / flowers / trees and that base would be covered by bark. We all agree it looks better although the vertical side sits pretty high off the ground. Tried edging against the vertical side and it didn't seem to have any visible effect on the rubber. Very sturdy stuff that shapes nicely around everything. We like it alot. Will probably buy more for the backyard too. It's expensive but if it lasts the way I think it will - it'll be worth it. Oh, I think most of the neighborhood stopped by while I was installing it and everyone wanted to know where I got it. Speaks to the appearance.
