Correct dimmer for par 30 led 15w

I purchased 15 led bulbs part # 866 392 by ecosmart. I split them up to be controlled by 3 single pole dimmers, when i installed the lutron led dimmers that were on shelf in the depot they pulsed and flickered. I adjusted the dimmers to get rid of flicker and was left with no range in dimming. I contacted lutron and they said that the dimmer would not work with these bulbs but could not recomend a dimmer that would work. it says on package that the bulbs are dimmable so could tou let me know what type of dimmer to purchase.

75W Equivalent PAR30 Bright White (3000K) LED Flood Light Bulb (E)* is rated 3.9 out of 5 by 42.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Light Good, but not without issues... I have replaced 7 incandescent lights with these LED's. The light emitted is brighter, though the pattern is more cone shaped. I'm using less than 1/4th of the electricity with these compared to the incandescents, so that's a big plus. I also like the fact that they are American Made. I will admit, I've had trouble with the bulbs. So far HD has replaced three of them for me. One didn't work right out of the box. One decided it was a strobe, and a third just blinked erratically as if there was a contact problem somewhere. This is my only issue with these LED's. I'm just thankful that Home Depot is such an agreeable retailer. By the way, Home Depot, I need these in PAR 16...

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Bright but poor light spread First, the good news: at 725 lumens this light bulb is very bright, and is definitely brighter than most 60W-equivalent incandescent flood lights. It is slightly cooler than an incandescent, rated at 3000K which my digital camera suggests is about right. It is also dimmable. Now, the bad news. 1. The light spread is awful. Most of that 725 lumens seems to go straight down, making for a hot spot right under the light can. 2. The bulb is short and sits recessed quite a ways inside the light can, which makes the light spread problem even worse. 3. The turn-on time is about one second, which is slow enough to be noticeable but not quite enough to be frustrating. Philips makes a competing bulb, a 650 lumen dimmable also sold by Home Depot. They sell for essentially the same price, but the Philips bulb is superior in just about every way: it turns on faster, has a better light spread, sits about where I expect it to be in the can, and has a nicer looking diffuser. It's a little dimmer, sure, but so is it's power draw (13 Watts vs 15) and it makes better use of its output.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from good light, but... Just got this from Home depot last thursday, after using it for a few days, here is what I think : good - looks good. - light is a little too bright - 1 second turn on time is fast enough for most application. not good - - cost, maybe $25 is a more reasonable price (compared against CFL) - too heavy - light is too focus, the spread is too narrow on my 9' ceiling. I don't see how anyone with 8' ceiling can use this light bulb. - bad for dimming. start to flickr after dimmed down 1/3. I don't know how long this thing will last, but the 5 yr warranty seems short for LED.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from F for Fantastic I was a bit skeptical when I purchased these bulbs as they are 60W equivalents but I am glad I did. I purchased 4 of these for my living room ceiling which is 20+feet high and the previous owners had never replaced the original bulbs due to the height. Since I am not planning on going up there anytime in the future I wanted to invest in long-lasting LED bulbs and these bulbs give a nice amount of light in my living room. They're brighter than I expected and I recommend them for anyone, specially for hard to reach ceilings where you don't want to be changing bulbs often. Just a note, these bulbs are much heavier than other types of bulbs, about 2X heavier but they do go in fine in the fixtures.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from BEST CHOICE EVER I have replaced only the lights in my home that I use most. My electric bill decreased by $46.00 the first month.I thought it was an estimated bill but after verification from the electric co. it was a huge savings. The cost is up front but if you can redeem AMEX points for Home Depot Gift cards it would be well worth it. I have 98 bulbs to replace in my shop that costs me 2K a month in electric. I will post the savings in the next 2 months.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Ecosmart PAR30, EXCELLENT BULB. We just installed 16 of these bulbs in a 911 communications center. The color quality is excellent, and the bulbs are very bright. The bulbs did not dim with the currently installed dimmer, but when replaced with a cheap rotary dimmer, they worked GREAT. Yes, they are a little heavy and I would not recommend using in a cheap track lighting fixture, however the weight is from the giant heatsink that disperses heat from the electronics, thus extending the life. Yes, the box does say the color temp is around 3000k, but if you look elsewhere on the box you will see that is says BRIGHT WHITE and thats exactly what these are(around 5000k). I highly recommend this bulb!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Hated these bulbs Bought 5 of these for my track lights in my kitchen on 26 Jun 2012. Didn't realize that with any LED bulb that you can see the LED's the beam will be narrow even though these are advertised as a "flood light". I returned these this morning and exchanged them with the EcoSmart 14-Watt (75W) Soft White (2700K) BR30 LED Flood Light Bulb. These are MUCH better and cast a wide beam and I'm saving 1 watt in energy for each bulb. Granted there is a one second delay when you flip the switch but I can live with that. The CFL's I had before were good bulbs but I hated they had to "warm up" before reaching full brightness. I was also concerned with the mercury in the CFL's. My next purchase will be replacing my small CFL's in my bathrooms with the EcoSmart A19 8.6-Watt (40W) Warm White (3000K) LED Light Bulb. I bought one just to test it out and it's amazing.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from They're bright!!! We ordered 12 of these for can lighting in our kitchen. They are a bright white color and reflect back from shiny surfaces. I am glad to use them as I like light but not high electric usage. My husband is not happy that the dimmer doesn't work well with them, it does say dimmable on the package.. It flickers when it gets to the half way mark.
