Answer:
Very first thing is to check the incoming water temperature and read the instructions listed on the website.
That will give you the size needed.

February 25, 2016
Answer:
It would be necessary to know what area you live in as this would determine your incoming water temperatures. A smaller unit in the north for example wouldn't be able to increase the temperature as much as would be needed.

CUSTOMER REVIEWS

Rated 4.1 out of 5 by 14 reviewers.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Works great Kitchen sink is sooo far from the garage water heater it Took to long before it got warm. Biggest problem was getting the wiring through the attic down to the sink. But it was worth it. Have the same problem with the bathrooms. Just to far from the old water heater. Plan to install a larger model to serve the baths now I know they work. March 29, 2016
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Returned This water heater didn't meet our needs had to return for a 27 kW,works great. February 11, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by home owner Love this water heater. Be sure to use the presure fittings when installing. Instructions tell you that is the design. I think it is an excellent product. I also have a 27 kw in my garage appartment. It solved the issues with hot water because i used it very little and a small amount of sulfer content when kept in the tank heater over a period of time smelled. with the tankless it dont get heated until used. I am a very satisfied customer. Thank you eco smart the name fits the product. January 16, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by love it! After three months, I am still getting used to how quickly I get hot water. No more guilt while cold water pours down the drain during the long wait for the hot water to reach my kitchen! October 18, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Does what is expected We've had this installed for 2 weeks now, water get warm quickly. Easy to install and so far no problem. February 25, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Works great as a backup unit Normally the tank water heater in our home serves our purposes, but we get regular house guests and didn't want to upgrade to a larger unit so we bought this smaller point of use water heater as a back up when we have visitors and is has worked great for that purpose and the installation was pretty easy as well. Price was fair and its met our needs. That's a win-win in my book. June 19, 2015
