Hi Ripvan.. I use my light to illuminate my US flag on the side of my house. The light illuminates basically the flag and all areas at least 20 feet around the flag in a nice well lit circle. So perhaps the entire area illuminated is 40 to 45 feet in diameter. The light is about 5 feet off the ground and about 25 feet away from my house. Hope this helps you.

Hi. I'm not quite sure what you're asking.. was the price more in the store than what was shown online? I did not find that to be the case, if you selected the correct store on the Home Depot web site for where you were going to shop for the light. The store price and what I was shown were exactly the same. However you need to be careful.. some of these Ecosmart flood lights may "look" the same, but in reality they are not. Some are brighter, have a whiter color temperature, may use a bit more energy .. that sort of thing. All of these factors influence the price. Some are almost twice as much as other lights that "look" the same. You just need to be careful about what light you are looking at online versus what you are looking at in the store. Good luck! Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Work well I installed four of these in our condo parking area in older motion-activated sockets. All are working well after about three weeks of use. Well worth the cost. December 30, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by very bright I installed this in my walk in shower that was too dim. It is very bright. My shower gets steamy so I wanted the waterproof bulb. it seem to work just fine, it does get quite hot quickly, so this is definitely not a light bulb that you would want left on. December 13, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Bright Light Light was used for Halloween and it gave more than enough light for our trick or treat happy halloween families. November 3, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Smart LED The bulb is a great cost saving light that lights the back of the house very well November 10, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Lit up the Kitchen Slowly but studly I am replacing my light bulbs with LED lights. This light was over the stove in a 1970 can light. We were using a 120 watt bulb to illuminate the stove for cooking and ect. Replacing the 120 watt bulb with the LED was unbelieveable the light was lower in watts but produced a brighter cleaner light. We can actually see what we are cooking now. The energy savings, better light, longer life time all plus's Its a great light. Be Safe July 9, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Keeps 'em lit up in honor of 9-11 I have flown a US Flag 24 x 7 since 9-12-2001, lit by flood light dusk to dawn. I usually had to change the light every six months or so. Since I live in the snow belt, sometimes that was rather difficult to do. I switched to a CFL outdoor flood light a few years ago, but the bulb was just dull. Lacked brilliant light to really show our flag to the neighbors. When my last CFL bulb burned out, I purchased two of the Ecosmart LED outdoor flood lights. Put one in my lighting system and waited until dark. Unbelievable is all I can say! Brilliant white light to showcase our proud American flag once again! And at only 16 watts of power used, it will save even more energy! If I can get one year out of this bulb, it is worth it to me. One very nice LED outdoor flood light. Love it. April 4, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by This bulb has the right balance of characteristics... I have spent a lot of time trying to find the right bulb for my outdoor lighting needs. The incandescent bulbs used too much energy, the CFLs filled with moisture, were subject to premature failure along with several other problems. I have been replacing the CFLs with this bulb over time and now have a dozen in service as down and ground lighting. The 3000K is the right shade for my needs and the dimmable feature is nice to have for different situations. I need about 10 more to complete the job. That's 352 watts for all 22 at full power and I usually run at about 2/3rds full or about 235 watts. That compares very favorably with the old 150 watt incandescents x 22 = 3,300 watts and they had a yellower appearance... I am keeping my fingers crossed that the bases last a while as I am near the seashore. I have no reservations recommending these bulbs. May 13, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great LED lamp A little on the expensive side. But time will tell if this lasts a long time. Plus the energy savings. Good replacement for filament or CF lamps. Output is as expected. June 9, 2015
