I have been unable to locate the 30" tie bars on your web site, but they are part of the Edsal shelf units that I'm purchasing and have purchased. They go between the 4' and 8' beams that I have bought and am ordering here. I need 52 total and want to pay for them and receive them with this order.

Here are the various numbers and codes on the 30" tie bar sample that I have:

#320970, TCH30, 0 35441 11209 8, and Tie Bar 30"

I hope some of that will help you find these and include them with my order, Thank you, William Clark
(I'm in a remote area with no phone so the web and email is all I have).

What is the spacing of the mesh? Do these come in longer panels, say 6' or so? Would love to find some 1' X 6' or 2' X 6' ones that are flat, without a lip like these.

Answer:
There is no difference other than one being 24" and the other being 30". I would advise going with the steel decking if you plan to have heavy point loads as opposed to a distributed load.

Answer:
Thank you for your question. The depth is the only difference. However keep in mind that the deeper a wire shelf is the weight capacity does decrease slightly (due to the span). I hoe that helps you.

Customer Reviews

Rated 3.2 out of 5 by 15 reviewers.
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Good product The wire screen is easy to place but when used with a 30" deep shelf, requires the addition of a 3/4" plywood overlay to support the 2000 lb. rated load of the shelves. February 17, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good Quality. I use these wire decks in the slow grazer hay feeders that we made for our horses. Their opening are the perfect size and they stay looking great despite the beating our horses sometimes give them. Nice product! November 19, 2013
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Does the job The wire racks are spot welded which is the most economical for assembly, but it isn't very strong. We dropped one of the racks during assembly and the weld broke. The racks also deflect under more than about 100 lbs. I had to lay plywood or boards across them to distribute the weight so they wouldn't sag too far. I would recommend the steel shelving over trying to say money. January 27, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Just as I expected! The product is exactly as described. The price is excellent. The quality is great. I purchased this to use as a shelf in an extra fridge in the garage. Replacement shelves are not easily available for this older fridge and the ones I found were $50 and up. It works perfectly for what I needed. The delivery to the store was very quick. Pick-up was fast and easy. I would definitely use the ship to store option again. October 27, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by good value the shelf fit what i needed for a custom freezer shelf in my home. Other web sites wanted $84 for a similar item. June 16, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Wire Shelves are too light weight to hold much weight. This is the weakest link to the shelving units. The wire shelves are too lightly built. I do not have instructions and cannot determind how they are mounted to the side rails without guessing. I paid way too much for the shelves for this to happen. This has a higher end price but does live up to my expectations. October 9, 2012
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Wire Shelf Size Different Than Advertised Bought these wire racks to make a 2' deep x 16' long overhead garage storage shelf but had to wait until I received them for final dimensions. They actually measure 22" deep by 23-1/2" wide so I had to change my design slightly. I couldn't find any actual dimensions on line so called Edsal and the dims they gave were not correct. I'm glad I waited until I got them to build the frame for them. Hopes this helps someone. January 20, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Wrong Size NOT 18in The Edsel 18 in D x 24 in W Wire Deck listed on the Home Depot website (and Menard's website) actually measures 15 in D x 24 in W. Edsel and Home Depot should verify dimensions prior to listing the product on the website. March 10, 2015
