Thank you for your question. I am concerned with your application as I am not sure how you will fasten granite with screws to the workbench legs. If you use a 2x6 plywood base that is fastened to the legs that matches your granite I think you would be ok. But if you go direct to work bench legs with granite I think you will have a failure.

Answer:
Screws for attaching the legs to the top come packed in the top carton. We recommend you pre-drill pilot holes first however to prevent splitting and make them easier to screw in.

Customer Reviews

Rated 4.3 out of 5 by 6 reviewers.
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Very Strong Very nice product, I will buy these again for another work bench / desk. March 25, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by No Surprises - Product is exactly as it is advertised by Edsal and Home Depot Items such as these can often arrive and be disappointing - not as strong as advertised, welded improperly, 'wobbly', etc... These two legs came and were not disappointing at all. Stiff with a durable coat of paint ( a few small shipping scratches ) and welded well. The hole spacing on the feet are a perfect fit for the 3" casters I already have. September 30, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by good deal used with old wood top that I had works great for my workshop cross bar is a must November 1, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by sturdy legs These legs are a bit on the short side so they will make a great "sit down" workbench about the height of an office desk. I am adding a 1-1/2 inch thick top with extra 2 x4 supports on top of each leg. I also plan to add treated 2x4s under the feet to get the steel off my sometimes wet concrete garage floor. All in all my bench will come in 4-1/2 inches taller than the steel legs giving me a very sturdy stand up height bench. The legs are well fabricated and a good value since you get an actual PAIR not just one leg for the price. The only con: Edsal will not win any awards, for paint thickness or paint quality. I will repaint these legs myself with a rust resistant can of spray paint before assembly, in my opinion EDSAL needs to upgrade the paint to a powder coat and charge a couple dollars more if needed. Overall I like the legs, this is a very cost effective way to make a sturdy industrial grade bench. I had these shipped to store for pickup I have had never any shipping damage with anything shipped to my local store. May 2, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Solid legs, unclear listing The legs are solid, and a great price. The listing is a little unclear, though. The price is for a PAIR of the legs, and not per leg. I ordered two thinking I'd be getting two legs, but ended up with four. The only issue I have with the legs themselves is that, out of the box, they are not totally even and flush. A little work bolting them into the floor resolved this. January 8, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by good product, fast shipping Was building work benches for my shop wanted good legs at good price. Very strong, easy to attach to top, has cut out for power outlet. One bench will hold power tools an vise. can park a car on the table that I built. I would buy again December 17, 2013
