Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Jian Decent shelf, good luck getting the right parts
The unit was delivered with incorrectly size shelves. It is now 2.5 weeks since we notified Edsal, via Home Depot customer care, that we needed replacement parts and we still have not received them, despite an Edsal representative twice telling the customer care rep that they were expediting shipment. We remain in limbo as to if we will ever receive the right parts.
Note: This is the second such shelf that we have purchased, to match one purchased about four months ago. For that purchase, I wrote a review saying that the end result was worth the hassles (which then included missing parts). Having experienced similar issues again and been clearly lied to by the manufacturer, I no longer feel that way. Unless you are prepared to wait over a month for your shelf, and spendcseveral hours on the phone with customer service in the meantime, take your business elsewhere.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by SaraK New Pantry!
I built myself a new pantry with this! It is great for other things also but it is sturdy and strong so I don't need to worry about the shelves breaking. I purchased the 6 pack of the Edsal bins to hold smaller items and the bigger ones are just on the shelves! You can also purchase more shelves and get more storage.
Keep in mind when measuring your space that the measurements here are internal so 2 36 in wide shelves fit perfectly in a 75in space without an inch to spare so do not cut it close.
The instructions are confusing because the pictures aren't right but here are a few tips.
Assemble but DO NOT tighten the bolts until all of the shelves are on, line up the side piece to how you think it should go based on the holes on the shelf not how the picture shows. You will drop the nuts inside the shelf so if you can keep a magnet on hand to fish them out without tipping the whole thing on it's side, do.
I got my order of 2 shelving units in 4 boxes 2 have frames and 2 had shelves, 1 box had 5 shelves and the other had 7 which caused some confusion so lay out your materials first.
Those "feet" are sharp you could put those felt pads if you want so it doesn't damage some floors but watch your fingers when you assemble it.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Jian End result makes headaches worthwhile.
We were looking for a heavy duty shelf of specific dimensions (tall, 2ft depth, and narrow enough to fit between two closet walls) and found this to be our only good option. So that's why we put up with missing parts in the first shipment and having to wait another 2 weeks for the rest to arrive. As other reviewers have said, the directions aren't great, but we were able to assemble it using a little common sense and educated guesswork. Shelves were bent (they probably need better packaging) so we had to add a step of using hammers and screwdrivers to bend the corners back to a sufficiently normal shape to be able to attach them to the frame. All of this was do-able for an only moderately handy couple, but the headaches were unnecessary and should be resolved by the manufacturer. The good rating is because the (finally) assembled shelf meets our needs better than anything else we could find. If you're willing to slug through the assembly issues, I'd recommend it as a good option.

It came with no instructions at all. However was able to assemble with some imagination. The real problem is that most part of pieces/shelves arrive quite badly warped/damaged, and it takes time to straighten them (with poor success overall). Would not recommend.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by mark Good product, some confusion
The product is sturdy and works great as advertised. It's a little hard to tell from the image, but it's gray in color. The bottom could use some kind of padding but my wood floor seems to be holding out okay without the shelf digging into it. The version I received does not have side crossbars; it instead has flat panels (one on each side), which was confusing since the photo and the instructions show crossbars on the side. But the panels made the assembly easier since the crossbars would have required measuring the depth of the shelf whereas the panel is pre-measured. The crossbar in the back does require a careful measuring to properly accommodate the width of the shelves. The shelves came slightly warped but functionally and aesthetically made no impact to the assembly. The anchors for the shelves are easy to move (they just come out/go in) and the shelves are fairly easy to pop in/out for an average size guy, with a ladder or steps required to reach the higher shelves.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Linda No attention to quality and poorly made
I purchased 2 units. One of the boxes was taped with what looked to be scotch tape and was open on one side. I discovered that only a bag of screws seemed to be missing so after running to the store I proceeded with the installation. I could see that two of the frames for one of the units were bowed, but I tried using them anyway and found that I could not even place a shelf in-between as the frame extended outward too far. I also noticed that many of the ends of the shelves were bent in so badly that you would have had to hammer all four ends out to get them to fit into the clips - if you had a small enough hammer. Some of the clips were also bent in so far that they would not hang on the clips. Since the ends were bent in consistently on most of the shelves, I didn't notice this until I tried installing them. This seems to be a problem with manufacturing, not with damage in shipment.
I thought I could get at least one unit together with the parts I had and with the help of another as some of the parts seemed to be fine. After getting one together, the other frames that visually looked to be straight were not. They were out of tolerance such that no matter how much adjusting we made with the cross bars, we could not lay the "good" shelves with the "good" clips so that all the shelves would lay straight.
The instructions were poorly written and looked to be for another unit as the parts in the pictures did not match. Not a big deal as there are not many parts to assemble and you can pretty much figure it out yourself without instructions, but just thought I'd mention for those that rely heavily on them.
